Cocoonr agency offers this 35 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, 300 m from the beach, with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room with fitted kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave oven, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha.
Outside :
- A shared heated swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September. Charge of €5 per day
- A loggia balcony of around 4 m² to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities :
- On the estate, you'll have access to a tennis court, petanque pitch, table tennis, accrobranche (tree climbing), water sports...
- A lake for walking
