Waterfront luxury Villa (21) with sunset views and boat slip

This spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath Villa at Indigo Reef Marina Homes will make you feel right at home and is close to assigned parking, large quiet pool, and fitness gym. Each bedroom has its own television, with a 75" flat screen TV in the living room including 125+ cable channels and HBO. Master=King, 2nd BR=Queen, 3rd BR= Queen below/twin above bunk, Living Room sleeper sofa= Memory foam Queen sized bed. The Villa has sunset views looking out to the Gulf of Mexico, which can be enjoyed from the porch or upper balcony. Just steps from your back porch is your own private boat dock. Vessel length shall not be greater than 35ft and shall not extend beyond the dock space nor a draft greater than three feet (3') are permitted in any dock space. You may not have multiple vessels or personal watercraft in a single docks space. Fishing rod holder keeps 18 rods upright and safe. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to dine in and you can easily grill your daily catch on one of several charcoal grills located throughout the resort grounds. Smoking is not permitted in the Villa or on the porches. Small pets are considered in this home. The Villa is fully appointed for everything you will need for your stay. Just pack and relax!

The Villa can accommodate parties of up to 8 guests with use of the high quality queen sleeper sofa (extra guest fee applies to parties of more than 6). Pack and play for infant can be made available upon request.

Centrally located in Marathon, close to groceries, restaurants, shopping, bike path and tourist attractions such as Sombrero Beach, Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, Curry Hammock and Bahia Honda State Parks. Key West one hour away.

This home is does not allow smoking in the Villa or on the porches. The Villa can accommodate parties of up to 8 guests with use of the sleeper sofa (extra guest fee applies to parties of more than 6). This home will consider accepting dogs (pet fee applies), please inquire.
