This beautiful ocean front first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1384 sq ft condo located at Palacio Del Mar has spectacular views and upgrades galore! Just walk 80 feet and you are at the shore of the Sea of Cortez. Rocky Point is located just 65 miles south of Arizona. It is a very peaceful, quiet resort town with restaurants, shops and a fresh fish market. Beautiful brick domed ceiling, ceiling fans, lovely Mexican tile, very tasteful furniture and covered patio! Master bedroom has french doors opening up the the great room with an awesome view of the ocean! Custom cabinetry and granite counter tops complement the classy decor! Very comfortable king sized bed and queen sized bed. Also, queen sized pull out sofa sleeper. Directv. Pool and hot tub may not heated in Winter.

This unit was so nice with it being on the ground floor. We were able to step out the sliding glass patio door right onto the most beautiful poolside and senic view space. The entire grounds and pool area were well maintained and the security and grounds staff were very friendly and helpful.Brenda was quick to answer any questions we had.We definitely plan to return and hopefully soon. Greatly recommend!

This is our second time coming to the condo and we have loved it each time! Brenda is an amazing host and very quick to respond for any given reason. It is very clean and quiet for those who do not want to be on the party side of town. We travelled each time with our doggo and have felt beyond welcomed. Overall 12/10 place.

Such a beautiful and peaceful location. The view is fabulous and we all found it very relaxing. The condo itself was exactly as described and had everything we needed (just bring anything you’ll need for the showers).

The only downfall is the property management has strict pool/hot tub hours. 10am to 10pm. That can be a little bit of a bummer when traveling with children, when they wake up much earlier then 10am. Location was great, grounds were kept tidy, the views were beautiful. Would absolutely return!

Our host was great to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen had an abundance of appliances for cooking. We loved it there!

This condo was great! Wonderful location, quiet and located near Mirador beach. Every appliance you can imagine, great for everyday use. Security was really great, we always felt secure. Clean property and friendly staff! A wonderful table outside to listen to the ocean just steps from the pool. I enjoyed meeting doing my art there each day. I would highly recommend this unit! I only wish the hot tub was heated more than a couple nights a week.

The view is amazing! Perfect rocky beach for the cold days. The property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway that is close to town, but quiet and beach views. The staff on the property was so nice. We will be back again. Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay. This condo is fabulous. Comfortable, clean, safe. Lot of Americans stay at this property in long term rentals. We were there for 3 days. Direct Tv with all the American tv stations. Prettier than the pictures. Very responsive host. Be sure to take kitchen items like spices, tin foil, etc....

This is our go to place. It is centrally located to every place we like to visit for dining. So relaxing… right by the beach. We took advantage of getting massages while we were there. I love listening to the pelicans and watching them dive for their dinner.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I started going to Rocky Point in early 1993 and immediately fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the sea. I love the culture and the small town atmosphere. I bought the condo in December 2008 and spend as much time in Rocky Point, as possible. I drive there by myself all of the time and feel completely safe.

Breathtaking view from the condo! Very relaxing, peaceful property with not many tourists during non-peak times, yet close to everything! Furnished very nicely!
