INTERIOR
The villa welcomes you with a patio serving either the living area or the sleeping area.
The living / dining room is very spacious and allows direct access to the terrace (at the front of the villa) or to the garden and the petanque court (located at the back of the villa).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc.
On the garden level, there are three bedrooms :
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed 160 * 200 with private shower room and toilet and access to terrace and swimming pool.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed 160 * 200 with private shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 2 * single beds 80 * 200, (possibility of bringing them together and forming a double bed) with private shower room and toilet.
A laundry room is available with a washing machine, an iron and the necessary cleaning and safe.
The upper floor serves three bedrooms :
Bedroom 4: Queen Size bed 160 * 200 with private shower room and private balcony
Bedroom 5: Queen Size bed 160 * 200 with private shower room and private balcony
Bedroom 6: 2 * single beds 80 * 200, (possibility of bringing them together and forming a double bed) with private shower room
There are 5 toilets in the villa.
A hairdryer is available in each shower room.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has WIFI.

OUTDOOR
The villa has a nice shaded terrace overlooking the pool.
The swimming pool is heated and fully secured with a barrier and a gate. Ideal for children.
Around the pool, several sunbathing areas.
Under the arbor, a dining area is equipped with a gas plancha.
A petanque court has been set up at the back of the villa to enjoy long summer evenings with friends or family while having fun.
A parking area for up to 4 cars inside the property is available.
