Life spaceThe entrance serves a living room facing west, furnished with two sofas, a TV, and a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped. A large space bathed in light opens onto the terrace by a bay window. TerraceThe terrace, the true organ of the place, offers an exceptional panorama: mountains, city of Cannes, sea and islands. It is equipped with a dining table and a seating area to enjoy every moment. East side night spaceThe master bedroom offers a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a private balcony. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. West side night spaceA second bedroom with double bed (140x200 cm) and its own integrated shower. The whole is oriented towards the sea. ResidenceThe residence offers an accessible swimming pool from 8am to 8pm all year round, in a quiet and secure setting.
