If you’re looking for a quaint, comfy space right in town this is it! Great for girl’s weekend to visit family and enjoy local shops. The duck hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat right out front. Fitzgibbon Hospital and Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. Enjoy a casual drive to the Lyceum Theater in Arrow Rock. Missouri Valley College families are welcome perfect place to stay while in town for games or spending time with your Viking. *Exciting upgrades coming soon, new flooring.*

This was a great place to stay. It’s a cute house and has everything we needed. Very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay with family! The house was perfect and centrally located. We enjoyed Breaking Dawn cafe for breakfast and walking the square!

Wedding Getaway

Beautiful, clean property

The home was very well-kept and stocked with all the essentials plus more, making our stay very comfortable. I had accidentally booked for the wrong day and Chris was prompt in addressing my concern, making sure we were able to stay for the intended time of my visit. If you’re coming to Marshall, this is the place to stay.

Really is home away from home!

This house was perfect for our one night stay! Fully stocked, cozy, comfortable, and safe. The owner’s communication was quick, precise, and professional. Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again!
