Take a walk, have a little fun and take a photo at the world’s largest dresser that is right across the street from the house. This home is located in the heart of downtown High Point. If you are wanting a house in a subdivision, this probably isn’t the right house for you. But if you’re looking for a house where you will feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door and that is walking distance to restaurants & local businesses, then this is the house for you. Relax on the spacious deck, enjoy a night out on the town or take the kids to the new children’s museum right down the street. No matter what you choose to do, this home and its location offers the best of both worlds.

This house is perfect for what we need. It is spotless and comfortable and the host is great . We have stayed there twice so far and plan on many more. It’s so close to HPU campus to visit our daughter.

This property hit all the notes you seek, price, cleaning, admennties, and all received a 10!But with saying and uplifting all of those things, what I would say that exceeded all of those 10's would be the the host communication. Sherri is extremely open with both receiving and returning messages. Perfect visit.

The home was very clean and spacious. The location is great - close to HPU and convenient to all Main St restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and seamless. She responded quickly and was extremely helpful. We greatly appreciated the extra towels provided by the host. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this home while celebrating our daughter's graduation from PT school. It was the perfect gathering place for family and friends throughout the weekend, offering plenty of space to relax and come together for all the festivities. The home was clean, well cared for, and made for a comfortable and memorable stay. While the washing machine was a bit loud, everything else about the property was truly impeccable. If we find ourselves back in High Point, this home will absolutely be our first choice.

We were staying for our daughter Master's graduation from HPU. So much easier to get to school from here vs last years place. So clean, and water in fridge, coffee! If we were using for eating and cooking it would have been totally stocked well! This trip was quick but The details and clean environment, and nice remodel! I could see this also perfect for market stay too! Thanks for being so accommodating!

We stayed for the weekend for a dance competition. The location was perfect. Close to the event location and walking distance to the children’s museum. The house felt very clean and comfortable. Sherri was very hospitable and accommodating with a later check out after the kids were exhausted from our busy weekend. We definitely would stay here again! Comments from the kids: One of the nicest rental houses we have stayed in. The loved the bedrooms with comfy beds and blankets. They were already asking when we were going to come back to stay again.
