Been coming to steamboat for 5 plus years now. Have stayed in many different places and this was definitely at the top of the list. Not only is the host super communicative the house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The shuttle was easy to use to get to and from the base. Each bedroom having its own en-suite was a major positive! We will be back next year.

Wonderful week in Steamboat

This was our first time to visit Steamboat. Kim the manager of the townhome was very helpful as we prepared for our trip. The townhome was beautiful and very convenient to the ski slope with a shuttle stopping by the house every 10 min or so.The house was very well stocked and clean, we really felt at home. And the boot and glove dryer in the garage was amazing!!

Wonderful home in great location

One of the best vacation homes we’ve rented anywhere. We’ll be back again someday! Property was clean and as presented online. It was our group’s first trip to Steamboat and the location was good! Everyone loved the convenience of the ski shuttle and boot and glove warmers. The pre-stocked amenities were very thoughtful. Kim was a wealth of information in advance of our stay and easy to communicate with. Our three families had a great time and this property worked out beautifully.

EXCEEDED expectations!

This place is everything it claims to be, and more! My family of 8 1 baby stayed here for a long weekend of skiing, and from the moment we walked in, we couldn't believe how immaculately clean and beautiful it was. Kim was extremely helpful with logistics and planning, gave us helpful tips for getting to and from the condo, and helped us with any questions about the property and Steamboat.It is spacious, has a beautiful mountain feel, and is in amazing condition. They even provided some necessities for the baby! This was by far the best kept Vrbo I have ever stayed in, and we would be thrilled to stay again in the future! Thank you so much for everything, Kim!

All the amenities!!

This house was absolutely everything we could have asked for. Kim was great to work with and was very helpful. There were three families that stayed here. Two adults and a two year old in the master. Two Adults in two other rooms. And one room with teenagers. It was perfect for us. I'd advise there are multiple stairs (its 3 levels, of course). There's plenty of room to spread out in the living room and kitchen was spacious as well. There were high end appliances, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig, etc. If you needed it you had it. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Having a big tub in the master was perfect for our 2 year old. She enjoyed that tremendously. The shuttle stops by every 15 minutes or so which is super convenient to get to the mountain. Its a very short drive to the base. Not too far to town either! We ate at Mahogany Ridge when we were in town and I'd highly recommend going if you get a chance.

Amazing property! Just as described

Great property! All your needs are provided! Kitchen well stocked! Plenty of “extras” (towels, robes, linens, etc.) A quick 10 min walk to gondola or a private shuttle to take you everywhere you need. Property manager was great and answered any questions.

The house is wonderful absolutely nothing extra needed, and the shuttle service was amazingly convenient!!! Great property and property manager was so very helpful and communication was spot on!!!!

Great unit and even better service

Everything about the unit was great! It was gorgeous, very clean, and very well equipped. Kim, the property manager, was extremely responsive and helpful. She put our lift tickets on the kitchen counter before we arrived and also helped us save 20%. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at the front door. You use an app on your phone that asks you were to be picked up, dropped off, and how many passengers. It usually arrived within 5 minutes. The ski locker in Gondola Square was helpful. You didn’t have to lug your skis back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as advertised and even better. The entire property was meticulously maintained and beautiful. Entire family enjoyed the hot tub and the private shuttle was a game changer getting to the ski resort quickly.

Amazing, Deluxe, So Clean, Spacious, Will Be Back!

What a fabulous trip to Steamboat. We feel we hit the jackpot when we opened the door to this gorgeous townhome. Spacious, extremely clean (in fact I've never rented anything so clean in my life), comfortable, very well equipped. We were two families with kids. The kids loved the TV room & the hot tub when we were home. We skied, played, rode snow mobiles, went ice skating, dog sledding, soaked in the hot springs. You can call the shuttle and it comes by and picks you up at the front door. It is part of the complex. the drivers are really nice & helpful. The unit comes with a ski locker in gondola square. That was really nice. We didn't have to lug our equipment back and forth. Just left it up there until the last day. The property mgr, Kim, is amazing. So helpful, so organized. She had our lift tickets waiting on the kitchen counter & she was able to help us save a bundle on the lift tickets. We loved this trip & this unit. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
