Enjoy beautiful Lake Michigan during any season in this completely updated beachfront home. This 2 bedroom home features a bunk room that sleeps 4, a queen master, family/living room with an additional sleeping space, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and laundry. Outside there is a two car garage that can be utilized to park your vehicle, RV, snow machines, or boat. The front yard is spacious and leads to a private sandy Lake Michigan beach. There is also a gas grill and stone fire pit available for you to enjoy.
This home is located on a private drive that is maintained and plowed through out the year. A few friendly neighbors, but otherwise your own private retreat.
Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, relaxing, golfing, etc... Easy access to RV and snow machine trails. Close drive to the city of Escanaba, and great location to nearby Eben Ice Caves, the cities of Munising, Iron Mountain, Marquette, Manistique, Marinette, WI, and several more. Located 10 miles to either Ford River or Cedar River boat launches accessing world class Walleye Fishing.

Peaceful getaway

We had a cool weekend at the home, but it was relaxing and peaceful. The sunrises were amazing over the lake. The home was exactly as pictured. Everything you needed was available. The house was set back on the lake and was very private. A great place to stay. Warmer weather and we would have enjoyed the water. Beautiful beachfront

Relaxing trip.

Nice house off the lake. We really enjoyed the house and the lake except for the minor confusion of the kayaks and canoes directly located straight back from the house. We found out the hard way they didn’t belong to house for guest use.

Great stay

Perfect getaway on Lake Michigan. Can't recommend more highly. Property owner even mailed us a personal belonging left behind without charge.

Very Clean Property

The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Phone service is sketchy. There is no internet at the house. We didnt mind though as the goal was to enjoy family time outdoors and unplug for a while.The walk from the house to the beach across the yard is 250-300 yards, much farther than I thought it would be. The beach was ok. Lots of rocks in the water made it uncomfortable walking and playing. This of course is no fault of the property owner. Also a fowl smell at the beach that came and went. Unsure if that was due to septic tanks or some other issue. The view is gorgeous. My kids loved eating outside on the deck every day. Having your own private beach area is very nice. The setting of being in the woods and also having the lake there too was great!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful experience with this rental. The house is small but was perfect for our family of five. Amy was wonderful to deal with and even mailed us some stuff my son forgot.

Relaxing long weekend

Had a great Thursday - Monday stay. The home has everything you could need to enjoy a nice weekend away. I enjoyed coffee by the water in the morning and enjoyed sitting in the yard later in the day taking it all in. Enjoyed Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, local bars playing chicken poop bingo, and great food. So many things to see and do within an hour of the home. We loved that we could have our pup with us too!

BEST VRBO IN THE UP

We loved staying at the cottage with our family! The house was clean and the set up was perfect; 3 beds in 1 room and a queen bed in the other, plus a dishwasher and washing/dryer was great too. The best part about staying here was the HUGE yard for our kids to run around with a fire pit and 300 feet of beach front! The sand was perfect and swimming was beautiful in crystal clear waters! We can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful Cottage

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was a described. We spent a few days on the beach behind the cottage, which my kids loved. We also toured the pictured rocks are aand took a charter boat out of Manistique. Very comfortable in the evenings by the cutey b

Private and Inviting

Loved our stay. Home with so many extras like sand toys, beach chairs and inner tubes that made our beach stay so much better. Lake water was really high in algae during our stay but that’s on Mother Nature.

Bliss

We had a lovely stay. The house was a perfect size for 3 adults and 1 kid. The property is right on the water and the beach is fabulous. We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful neighbor and her children and enjoyed spending a relaxing evening by the fire with her while the kids played. If you are looking for a place to relax and spend time with your family, I highly recommend this house.

Peaceful Cottage

We had a lovely week at this cottage. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us (2 teens and 2 adults) and we liked being able to bring our dog. It was nice to have a garage for our vehicle. There were a couple neighbors close by but we rarely saw them and the few times we did they were friendly and helpful. The beach was great- nice and sandy. Escanaba was only 20 minutes away which was handy for groceries. There was no Wi-Fi which I actually appreciated as it forced us to disconnect. We’d definitely stay there again!
