NC Resort Feel

Our family had a great weekend stay. The property had the feel of a Caribbean Resort with its many pools and location on the beach. Hopefully we can visit again soon.

1st Vacation Ever

This was my first experience with a rental and the owner made it a GREAT experience! After booking, I immediately heard from Frank and, from that point, I felt like I was being taken care of by family. He was available for any questions and reached out to check on us during our stay. This little haven is perfectly placed with a quiet view of the ocean. We can’t wait to stay again! Thanks for being so awesome, Frank!

Almost perfect.

When I saw the 10/10 rating, I was questioning if that was accurate. In my opinion it's very, very rare to find something that reaches perfection. Villa Capriani IS almost perfect. A great location on the Northern end of Topsail Island, very quiet and relaxing. The condo itself is spacious with a great beach vibe and wonderful views of the Atlantic! Great access to the beach, a HUGE pool and a hot-tub to relax those tired muscles. ;) The property manager Frank is one of the kindest, most accommodating people we've had the pleasure of dealing with on VRBO. It's not that there have been that many unpleasant ones, but Frank is just that good to deal with. We are absolutely planning on returning to Villa Capriani as we travel to this area often to see family. I highly recommend that if you're in the area, give this awesome location a chance, I'm sure you'll love it as much as we did.

Making Memories

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Condo was spacious and right on the beach and close to everything. Our host was easy to converse with and made us feel very welcome. We can’t wait to return.

Great customer service and location

Frank geeeted us and was very accomodating with the resort tour. The unit was spacious and very clean. Loved the on site restaurant and location to the beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Highly recommended

I highly recommend Frank's place. The place was clean, comfortable with lots of room and a great ocean view. I've stayed at the Villa before, but nothing compared to Frank's condo. Frank is an excellent host, thw communication was efficient and clear, and he was able to accommodate our requests for a perfect getway. I will definitely stay at Frank's place again! Thank you, Frank!

Great location

Great location. A little chilly for the pools but we enjoyed the hot tubs. Spacious property with easy beach access. Frank was very friendly and communication was great.

Relaxation

We come for fall break for a quick recharge. Condo had enough room for our family of 7 to relax without being right on top of each other. Pools on site kept the little kids busy, hot tubs for the big kids and the ocean is super convenient to get to. Frank is amazing!

Topsail Condo

Booking was simple and easy. Frank was very responsive during the booking, during check in and during the stay. We were only there for the weekend but wished it could have been longer. Hope to come back in the future for another stay!

Perfect Getaway for a Young Family

The property is in an absolutely ideal location with all the amenities a young family could want: you have 4 pools and 2 hot tubs and an awesome beach. You can walk along the beach to go get ice cream with the kids after dinner too. Working with the property owner was smooth and we had great communication before and after the visit.

Mid week getaway

We could have had a terrible experience but the property manager made this the perfect stay for us. The condo was very nice but there were things that went wrong. We specifically stayed here for the pools, which were awesome for our kids, the location, which was great, and the ability to do laundry while on our vacation. The property manager told us once we got there that the dryer was not working. We would have a repairman come by the first morning to fix it. It required a part that had to be ordered so we weren't going to be able to do laundry. Frank, the property manager, then took each load out of the washer as we did it to get it dried for us. That made this the perfect stay. Thanks so much Frank!!!

Good place

We enjoyed our stay. Condo unit was clean. Needed some kitchen dish towels and general updates. Everything worked well. The location and condo facilities were great.
