Wonderful unique property, perfect for our family reunion. The pool is great and pickleball court provided a great space for grandkids to run around. Had a couple of issues but host took care of them promptly. Host was very responsive. I would rent this property again.

Our large family gathered here for our son's graduation and it was the perfect calm retreat for all in between graduation commitments. The house, pool, tennis court and grounds were absolutely stunning so quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Great property, however we had to request for the management company to fix/clean a few things (which should have been taken care of before we arrived).

For the most part, we loved this property. We had a great time and would come back to this again! House and grounds were great and accurately described! Only negative feedback would be…-exterior grounds were mostly filthy and unkept-bee colonies around pool and hottub prevented full usage-washers were mostly not functional and/or had mildew smell.

Hi Erik, Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re really glad to hear you had a great stay and enjoyed the home overall! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as well. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns with the exterior grounds, the bees near the pool and hot tub, and the washer condition. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We’ve already shared this with our maintenance and landscaping teams to address cleanliness and upkeep, and we’re working with pest control to better manage the bees around the pool area. We’re also inspecting and servicing the washers to resolve the functionality and odor issues. Thanks again for staying with us and for your helpful feedback—we’d love to host you again and provide an even better experience next time!

Amazing property

We came to California for a soccer tournament. Had a few families stay with us here at the Caesar’s Villa. The house is like something out of a movie! Beautiful grounds, very spacious and an amazing pool! We had some minor issues and spoke to the owner, who was quick to help out. Would definitely stay here again!

Family of 10 (3 generations) celebrated Grandpa's 88th birthday for 4 nights at the Villa, June,2025

We had a great time. The lighted tennis court was GREAT and the pool pavilion (with 2 waterfalls) and hot tub and sauna were terrific and was where we spent most of our time. We brought croquet equipment and had fund playing that on the big lawn. Only concern: Villa is on hilly cul de sac and the trek from the main house to the pool can be tiring for the elderly. Whole place was immaculately clean.

Spacious and Comfortable Villa with Amenities!

Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again.

Beautiful property but definitely needs outdoor cleaning

Overall this was a beautiful property with great amenities truly amazing every part of the house was breathtaking the only and worst downside about the property is outside was very dirty place looks like it hadn’t been touched in months I get that the property is surrounded by nature and dust is natural but if regularly maintained the outdoor common areas should not be that dirty we could not sit on many of the chairs without either removing the cushions or wiping them down or even when playing pool our clothes got very dirty! Outdoor lights did not work as well so overall the outside needs major work!

Beautiful property, but needs some maintenance

The house, grounds, pool area and tennis court were beautiful. The location was excellent for Disney and beaches. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager, Nick, was very responsive. There were a number of maintenance issues during our weeklong stay. One A/C unit didn't work; the refrigerator in the guest house was broken; both dishwashers were broken; one of the ovens didn't work. Nick worked with us to get some of the items repaired during our stay. The maintenance items weren't a huge problem, but should have been checked out prior to our stay. One annoyance was that we had to text Nick whenever we wanted the spa turned on. I believe he is working on a fix for this. The kitchen was large and beautiful, but was not well equipped for people who plan on cooking during their stay. I would suggest adding a toaster, a blender, measuring cups, and some new pots and pans. The views from the kitchen would be awesome if the bushes in front of the windows were trimmed. Overall, I would highly recommend this stunning property.

Beautiful home, very spacious with plenty of room to move around without having to dodge or avoid furniture. This was very important since we had our grandkids. There are 2 decks and 3 conversation areas for family time in the evening. Outside was a well landscaped area with a tennis court, neatly trimmed lawn and a well-designed pool area that kept the grandkids and adults well entertained. Behind the house was a landscaped wild area that backed up to a scenic open area. There was an abundance of birds, many species, along with rabbits, squirrels, and a skunk family. We had very enjoyable time here.
