Amazing!

Drove down from NH for a cheerleading competition and was rented a less than acceptable home (Different location and host). Contacted Emily and was able to have accommodations to her property same day! Such a great stay! Felt like home! My family and I will be back! Thank you for everything!!

Large family vacation

This home is very spacious for large families. It’s extremely accommodating for little ones as well. The response time is very quick if there are any issues. The resorts amenities are very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and communication

We absolutely loved our week at this home. We arrived and were extremely impressed as to how clean and tidy this place was. It was extremely spacious well put together with everything to make our stay amazing. I will definitely recommend this 10/10 for anyone looking a great place to stay.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay. The house is just as shown in the pictures. Very clean. Roomy. Our grandchildren loved the themed rooms.Very important—-pay attention to the entry gate rules. They are strictly adhered to which means we felt safe. But there were bottlenecks when trying to get in and out of the neighborhood. A very nice place. We highly recommend.

Solid home in a good location

Overall a good stay. The house is in a great location around 15 minutes from Disney parks. There is a lot of space with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so a family can spread out and be comfortable. The only negative is that a little TLC is needed. The pool table and air hockey table in the garage are both in bad shape, there are signs of wear and chipping in places on the walls, etc. In spite of that I'd highly recommend.

No hand towels or washcloths at the residence. Paid for the pool to be heated which was not turned on until 2 days after we were checked in. The game room is a joke pool cues have no felt and the air hockey table only has 1/2 the table working. I advised the owner I wanted a refund for the

The perfect spot!

Our family of 11, one being our 18-month old granddaughter had the pleasure of staying at this property. There were 5 couples and everyone had their own bedroom as well as their own bathroom. There was also plenty of open space for us to all sit around to laugh and catch up about the day relax. The pool and hot tub were just the right size and the heater made it feel oh so good after a long day at the parks. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Disney and even Universal, even though it is a little further south. It is clean and very updated with all amenities one could ask for in their vacation stay.

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

Our family of 7 (kids aged 7, 11, 13, 13 & 15) stayed at this property for a week. It was perfect. So much within driving distance. But plenty to do just within the resort as well. The clubhouses were great. They have lazy rivers, heated pool, splash pads, water slides, snack and ice cream bars and have different activities several nights a week that are kid friendly. The tiki bar was a nice touch for Mamas and Daddys. 😉 As for the home itself, it was immaculate. Very clean, well stocked, new appliances and we had everything we needed. There were 10 beds in total between the 5 bedrooms so plenty of space. We especially loved the game room, theater and pool. And our hosts were so communicative before and during our trip, ensuring we had a great stay. All in all, this was one of the better trips weve taken and we look forward to returning in the future!

Disney experience

Well enjoyed vacation. Rental was nice and spacious but I would have liked so see better kitchen cookware for a rental of this price range. Also hot tub does not get hot when weather colder outside. Overall quite pleased though

Combined family trip

This unit was very nice and plenty big for our group. It is very trendy and modern. We were two families with four kids in each. Even with 12, everyone had their own bed. The location was fantastic because it was right off of Hwy. 192 and all that has to offer. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to the theme parks, depending on traffic. I only have a couple of minor complaints-I thought the lighting was a bit dim in a couple of the rooms. Also, the pool is a little small, especially for 8 kids, but there is a nice pool at the front of the subdivision. I would absolutely stay here again and completely recommend it.

Check- In is a challenge

The house is roomy and clean. There are zero trash cans in the house and the supplies are minimal. The kitchen supplies are minimal and limited - so if you like to cook/entertain, you’ll need to bring your own supplies. Each day during the summer, they allow check-ins at 4pm so the gates to get in each neighborhood are swamped and traffic is insane just to get in the neighborhood. If you’re planning g to stay put - then you’ll be fine. Also- the back yard is interesting. Everyone’s pools are literally right there. There is zero privacy and it can be extremely loud depending on who your neighbors are. We had a lot of partying and fireworks. I’m sure it’s not as bad at other times of the year. Bed are comfy, laundry is large and nice. Temp is only allowed to be 72 - no lower. If you line it cold, this won’t be the house for you.

Beautiful, huge house

Plenty of room for our family of 5 including 2 teens and an energetic 6 year old plus 3 other adults. Lots of towels, had to use for showers and pools both. Pool is adequate but not huge. And hot tub is very spacious. Safety gate well positioned as well. Heat worked beautifully. Kitchen has all the plastic dishes you need plus many pots and pans and other utensils. Updated appliances made it incredibly easy to make some meals at home. Upstairs tv area is very comfortable and nice. Beds in most rooms very comfortable. Upstairs master could probably use a topper to enhance comfort. Only disappointment was very minor, rope light in star wars room wasn't working. Other than that we were so thrilled with our stay and would stay again.

Mixed Experience - Needs Improvement

The location of the property was ideal, and I loved the gated community—it felt secure and well-situated for our needs. However, several issues during our stay impacted our overall experience.Upon arrival, we noticed a kitchen drawer missing with nails sticking out, which was a significant safety concern as we had a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old in our party. There was also a large bleached spot on the comforter in the Star Wars-themed bedroom, and I was disappointed to find that neither the Star Wars bedroom nor the Harry Potter bedroom had the themed comforter sets pictured in the listing. I had been excited for the kids to see these details, so this was a letdown. Additionally, there was recent garbage left outside (likely awaiting trash pickup), and the safety fence around the pool was broken.I had high hopes based on Emily’s prompt responses when I initially booked the property. However, as our check-in date approached, her responses became delayed. When I messaged her about the concerns upon arrival, she replied with a simple “thank you for the feedback” and “Happy New Year” but didn’t follow up afterward. This lack of communication was frustrating given the lack of acknowledgment of safety concerns. We didn’t use the game room because the pool tables pool sticks did not have tips. Lastly, the home could use a deep cleaning with mold in the showers, bread crumbs on the counter. While the location and gated community were great, the property fell short of expectations.

2025 Orlando Auctions

We VRBO several homes every year. This has been the worst experience we've had. We are in the Orlando area for business. We had no phone service except if we stood in the front lawn or the street corner. The home was dirty. Dust and dirt on the walls, corners, baseboard, etc. The beds mattress had stains and no mattress pads or pillow cases. We had no linens to do dishes until we purchased some. We also purchased washcloths and hand towels for the bathrooms. The yard and pool area had garbage laying around. The wash machine did not work. The refrigerator was broken. No instruction binder for how things worked. The TV was intermittant. We have pictures of all the complaints. I hope someone can reach out to us about the situation. Thank you, Janet
