Charming and stylish country house in a very quiet location

Experience pure recreation in a stylish and charming villa surrounded by a huge property. The house is located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Tyrolean Alps close to Innsbruck. Enjoy the rustic and pleasant atmosphere with mountain views and a lot of quietness. The equipment is stylish and cosy. An ideal accommodation for families with children, and for anyone seeking for relaxation. The house is divided in two separate living areas. One of those is available for rent. Please see the pictures. The apartment (200 m2) consists of 3 floors. The separate entrance leads to the garden and has a small balcony as well as a comfortable sitting area in front of the house with a panorama view of the mountains. As the location is calm with little traffic, comprises a large garden and is surrounded by fields, the house is also very suitable for children that can move around freely.

Environment: The countryside is very appealing and relaxing. The air is unique and contributes very much to a fast and enduring relaxation. A special experience are the mountains and the routes around Oberperfuß. Ideal for hiking, tracking, mountain biking and skiing. You can rent bikes at a bike rental 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Availability & staff: On request a maid service can be provided.

Eating & drinking: There is a wide variety of restaurants and mountain hats in the environment. On site we provide a list with information. A supermarket (M-Preis) with a large and high-quality assortment of products can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
In late autum 2016 the house got renovated inside completely, rebuilt partly and the kitchens and bathrooms got reneved totally.

Alles Bestens jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern dort. Es war alles perfekt, das Haus hat einen großen Garten sogar mit outdoordusche. Es waren viele Sonnenliegen und sogar einiges an Kinderspielzeug vorhanden. Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe! Sogar 2 Küchen gibt es. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Der Kontakt war auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

Sehr schöner spontaner Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit Freunden sehr spontan 3 Tage in der Villa Wilhelmine verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Vielen Dank an Frau Schmid für die freundliche Kommunikation, das nette Willlkommen und die Tipps für Aktvitäten vor Ort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber und idyllisch gelegen. Durch die Verteilung auf mehrere Stockwerke eignet es sich auch gut für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern, da sich im Erdgeschoss eine eigene abgeschlosse Der Garten ist riesig und sehr schön und für Ausflüge sind die Bergbahnen fußläufig erreichbar. Bei drei Nächten Aufenthalt ist die Fahrt mit der Bahn sogar inklusive. Frau Schmid ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche Gästebetreuerin und sehr hilfsbereit.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Tirol

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem sehr schönen Haus in Oberperfuss verbracht. Die Verwalterin Frau Schmid hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Für 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern war es eine optimale Unterkunft. Auch die Lage und die Nähe zu Innsbruck sind super.

Absolut perfekt

Wir konnten das Haus nur kurz genießen, da wir wegen Corona frühzeitig abreisen mussten. Frau Schmid war in allen Belangen für uns da und hat alles perfekt gemanagt. Sie hat uns mit selbstgemachten Kuchen verwöhnt...wir kommen unbedingt wieder !!! Herzlichen Dank💕🌸💕🌸💕🌸

Tolles Ferienhaus

Impeccable

Accueil très chaleureux de Renate. Maison très propre et dans laquelle les 2 couples que nous étions se sont sentis de suite très à l'aise avec un maximum d'indépendance. A noter la proximité avec Innsbruck ainsi que les commerces de proximité. Nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Amazing family Experience

The house was wonderful. I had been renting houses since 2011, and by far this was one of the best. We were 2 families and each family enjoyed the fully equipped seperated floor of it's own. Kitchen in every floor each fully equiped and same for the two bathrooms. The heating worked perfectly. The convenient location close to Innsbruck was perfect to explore tyrol region.

Spacious House

We were two families with 3 kids. Our stay was very enjoyable. Kitchens and bathrooms were clean and updated. My only negative was a little confusion on daily rate. I booked a three night stay and then the owner representative approved my stay request, but then told me my nightly rate was more than advertised. I communicated with the owner and was able to come to an agreement and all was good. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

unbelievable home with all the comforts you need. I would go back in a blink of an eye.

We enjoyed every second of our stay. The house surpassed our expectations and had pretty much everything we needed. Everythign was modern and updated and very nicely decorated. The house was very comfortable and plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Incredible hiking and biking trails were very close by, the grocery store was just down a little hill and we walked to the local bakery every morning for breakfast. The bank had an atm but they also exchange dollars for Euros. The town was amazing and we found some local resturants that were delicious. I would recommend this house and location to anyone coming to this region of Austria. It was conveniently close to Innsbruck where we were able to catch the train for an overnight stay in Italy. My only negative is that the owner does not accept credit card as payment so I had to wire money to their bank which cost me considerably in bank fees.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, der Garten ist unglaublich groß und gemütlich, es gibt alles was man benötigt, auch in der Küche ist es gut ausgestattet und man vermisst nichts. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Gelungene Weihnachten!!!

Wir waren mit der Großfamilie über Weihnachten in der Villa Wilhelmine und haben die Winteridylle sehr genossen! Das Wetter war hervorragend, so dass wir beinahe täglich die Gelegenheit nutzen konnten, bei ausreichend Schnee und viel Sonnenschein, mit der direkt hinter der Villa befindlichen Seilbahn zum Rangger Köpfl, den Rodel- und Wanderspaß zu genießen. Innsbruck liegt ebenfalls sehr nahe. Über die unzähligen Christkindlmärkte zu schlendern, und am 23.12.2017 die letzten Shoppingmöglichkeiten wahrzunehmen, waren ein weiteres Highlight. Die Küchen in der Villa sind bestens ausgestattet. Insofern waren selbst dem Kochen von ausgefallenen Weihnachtsmenüs keine Grenzen gesetzt. Die Gegend und den Garten um die Villa möchten wir im Sommer möglichst bald erkunden. Wir können die Villa Wilhelmine jedem Urlauber mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Familie Zepf

Badnerland

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der Villa Wilhelmine zu gast. Und es war superschön...!!!! Die Villa ist gepflegt und wurde innen komplett renoviert, hat aber noch immer den gewissen Charm.Auch der schöne große und gepflegte Garten läd zum entspannen, spielen oder abends zum grillen ein.Man fühlte sich vom Ankommen bis zur Abreise wohl. Es hat einfach alles gepasst.Jederzeit und bestimmt wieder!!!

Charming, calm and family house

We were five family members and all adults. The house is in three levels and a separate garden. It is located in quite scenary area but well surviced with near by grocery and cable car for hking. The house owner and her house coordinator were of great help. The house well furnished and the garden is equiped with Tennis table, table and chair and bar b que set. I would love to rent it again

Ein traumhaftes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Wir waren insgesamt mit 10 Leuten da und es ist ausreichend Platz für alle da gewesen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr stilvoll, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Trotzdessen das wir sehr viel gefeiert haben im Laufe des Aufenthaltes (und nicht besonders leise) hat sich niemand beschwert. Die Dame die ich vor Ort um die Villa gekümmert hat war sehr freundlich, so dass wir uns gleich Willkommen gefühlt haben.

The house is family-owned since several generations and is in good surroundings - the center of the village is just about 4 minutes by feet away. The Villa Wilhelmine offers an amazing view on glorious mountains and is partly surrounded by beautiful meadows. A close bus stop is reachable by feet in about one minute, the valley station of the cable car to the mountain "Rangger Köpfl" is just about 200 meters away.
The capital of Tyrol, Innsbruck, is reachable by car in about 20 minutes and offers numerous sights and shopping facilities. Many sports places, like for example for golf, swimming, tennis, horse back riding etc. are reachible by car very good.
