Really enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed. It was comfortable, close to the beach and plaza. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Location great.Apartment perfect for a couple or a family of 4.Host.. super host. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need while staying at their place. Everything is clean, organized and decorated beautifully for a beach apartment.

Great place to stay recommend this condo highly it’s gated and you’re right in downtown Rincon for the art festival on Thursdays and fresh fruit on Sundays five minutes from 413 to go up to the top.

It needs better cleaning. The first time we got there and opened the front door the water from outside had the entrance wet and dirty. Beach supplies are inside the closet wet, dirty and smelling bad. The entire apartment needs better cleaning.

I was surprised by this review, as you and your family stayed for over two weeks and I checked in frequently, yet none of these concerns were ever communicated to me. I would have gladly addressed any issues immediately. I take cleanliness seriously, especially considering the apartment was left in significant disarray upon checkout.

Great location. Walking distance to town for Art walk on Thursday and farmers market on Sunday. Beach is located 1 block from building. We previously stayed in this building but a different unit in previous years. The biggest inconvenience we had with this unit was no remote for the main gate. Would have been nice to have a few waters and beers when we arrived in the middle of the night as not much open.

Would i stay again? Yesssssss!

Had a wonderful stay. Pictures and description were on point. Condo was very clean and tidy. One block away from beach. Will definitely stay there again. Carmen can be contacted and she will respond promptly.

Dream Vacation

Beautiful property, truly home in paradise. Close to everything you could possibly want to do. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Carmen is an excellent host. Will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful time at Carmen and Paul's beautiful condo. They were easy to contact. When we had a problem with the oven, it was immediately addressed. Some of our family visited and were also delighted.

Blown away!

Carmen & Paul were amazing host. Everything was simple and transparent 100%. Everytime I reached out to the host ( Paul) he would contact me within moments. Far as host go, you have nothing to worry about. They will take care of you. Now the condo is clean and modern, great vibe. Everything inside condo worked as it should. Far as views, you won't beat the sunset rite off the balcony every evening and yes it's over looking the Atlantic ocean! Pretty much rite in the middle of town and close to way to many stores and food places to list. Our only regret is that we only booked 1 week. Next time I will be booking with these folks min. 2 weeks. PROS: - too many to list! CONS: - SHOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER
