Summary:
The Lake Place Condo: is a fully remodeled ground floor unit, with two bedrooms, one and half baths located in the center of Polson. Our cozy cottage offers an oversized covered patio, for relaxing, barbecuing, and reconnecting with family amidst the breathtaking surroundings. The guests can enjoy hiking, an onsite gym, sunbathing on the day dock, kayaking, boating, fishing, and swimming in the cooling lake waters. Conveniently located, it is just a day trip away from Glacier National Park.

The Space:
Embark on an unforgettable lakeside getaway at The Lake Place Condo. Nestled amidst the breathtaking scenery of Flathead Lake and the majestic Mission Mountains, our retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Indulge in sweeping lakeside views and easy access to our shared private day dock and beach area, where you can swim, kayak, fish, or simply unwind by the tranquil shores. Our well-appointed kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals to be savored with family and friends, while the large fully furnished Patio provides the ideal spot to bar-b-que, and play outdoor games and cards while soaking in the beauty of your surroundings, even when raining.

Centrally located between Missoula and Kalispell, our two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condominium offers comfort, conveniently located close to groceries, restaurants, a casino, and downtown Polson. The master suite features a queen bed, and access to the half bath, washer, and dryer, while the second bedroom offers a full bed. The 3/4 walk-in shower bath is in the hallway. The living area offers a new carpet, split system AC, along with new kitchen appliances. The Condo complex offers an onsite gym for staying active during your stay.

Whether you're lounging on the Patio, exploring the nearby stores, bakeries, bars, and restaurants, or venturing out for a day of hiking, boating, kayaking, or fishing, "Lake Place Condo" promises an unforgettable experience for all. Make memories to last a lifetime at your Flathead Lake experience.

A conservation permit from the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes is required for hiking, visiting nearby mountain lakes, and fishing while on the reservation. Permits can be purchased at Wal-Mart in the Sporting Goods section. A permit is not required for recreating on Flathead Lake

To ensure a great guest experience, PMI Realty Management NW Guest Services Team provides a complimentary starter kit of amenities to make your stay more comfortable
-Linens: Sheets | Pillows | Blankets or Comforters | Body Towels | Hand Towels
-Hygiene: 1 individual travel sized (Bergman Kelly-Tropical Waterfall) soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion | 2 Make up remover packets | Eye masks - 1 per bathroom
-Household: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom | 6 extra trash bags (typically under kitchen sink)
-Kitchen: Salt and Pepper | 2 rolls of paper towels | dishwasher tablets/liquid | liquid dish soap | 1 Sponge | miscellaneous cookware and utensils
-Laundry: laundry detergent pods/liquid
-Bathroom: Tub/shower - typically provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion.

Guest Access:
•COMMON AMENITIES
-Shared onsite gym, day dock, lake/beach access, and full use of the covered patio.

•PARKING
-A parking pass is not required. One assigned parking space (space #12) is available below the condominium, accessible via steps leading to the condo, or you may park in any open spaces on the property. Please do not park in front of the garages situated above the condominium.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on Flathead Lake with direct access to the water and the day-use dock. Across the street it a Grocery store, convenience market, the famous hamburger stand and just down the road from the Polson Golf Course, Summer Playhouse, and adventure rafting center

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE
1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

3. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

Great spot, easy to walk everywhere

Everything was great, as it is a perfect location right on the lake! The only thing I would say is that it has 1 full bath with a shower, the other bath is only a half bath.

Great, central location in Polson!

Our stay was great. We were visiting with family on the lake, so the location was ideal. The property was clean, bright, spacious, and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The welcome packet was such a nice touch as well! Only issue was that communication and payment was a bit clunky. We’d definitely stay again though.
