The Octagon, Waterfront Luxury Condo on Flathead Lake

Enjoy a two bedroom luxury condo on the shores of Flathead Lake. A living room with a panoramic view of the lake through sliding glass doors wrapping around the entire front of the condo. You will never get tired of the lake view. Bring your water toys or rent some nearby (3 boat rental locations within a mile) to experience the beautiful, clean water of Flathead Lake.

The primary suite includes 2 queen beds, a futon and an en suite bath with a magnificent shower room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds in a bunk format. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bathrooms have nice tile and handicap handrails. The condo has two steps to get to the front door so it is not considered handicap accessible but there are no additional steps once you enter the home.

The dock, waterfront, grass and concrete area in front of the condo is shared with the entire complex. Please be respectful of the shared space by not leaving unattended water toys. The dock and shared space does not allow overnight use. Please keep personal water toys on the deck of condo #10.

If you have a boat, there are two boat access points a mile away. If you have a boat trailer and need help with parking I have an empty lot one mile away. The dock is day-use only. Please be accommodating if multiple boats are trying to use the dock, by doubling up if needed. No overnight use of the dock.

Parking at the condo is limited to two end-to-end spaces labeled #10. Please do not park in any spaces that have a different number. There are some additional unlabeled parking spaces that might be available, 2 at the rock wall and 4 up by the highway. The HOA may issue fines for parking violations or overnight dock use.

Downtown Polson is only one mile away. Major airports are 60 miles away, Kalispell to the north and Missoula to the south. Glacier National Park is 1.5 hours away.

There is WiFi, a smart TV with Roku, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, essentials tools for everyday cooking, and all bed and bath linens are provided.

Flathead Fun

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this place on the lake. The property was beautiful and clean and I will definitely go back. There was nothing we didn't have available and that was wonderful. Tana was great and the lake was perfect. Absolutely my favorite stay thus far. Can't wait to go back :)

Great time!

The Octagon is fabulous! The listing can’t to the actual views justice. We spent two days visiting Glacier and were less than 90 minutes from the west entrance. The drive along the lake was incredible. We would absolutely come back! Great location, accommodations and views!

Beyond our expectations!

The Octagon was perfect for our short trip to attend a wedding. Tana was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The property was extremely clean and had everything and then some that you could need. We would absolutely visit again. The view was absolutely stunning. Grocery store within walking distance so overall a perfect location.

Get what you deserve!

We went to Flathead Lake and stayed at this beautiful, centrally located and surprisingly quiet place on the water. A memorable vacation! Everything you'd need was available from toiletries to beach towels, wi-fi and bidet toilets:) Clean, bright, and spacious for our family. It was everything we hoped for...communication with the property manager was excellent!

My Stay

Only improvement I could see them making would pertain to the HOA. The one dock is not enough to comfortably handle all the visitors who stay there. Some days you get big families monopolizing the dock for many hours. A second dock would be nice so as to give more people a chance to enjoy the swimming off of it. Otherwise, beautiful place.

Fun place on flathead

The octagon was a fun, unique property. Views are incredible from every room. Place is huge! You can sit on the patio for hours just watching the lake. But if you want to venture out, the location is a perfect jumping off spot to explore the area. Tana is a great host both before and during the stay. Loved it!

Beautiful lake views

Loved staying at the Octagon and would definitely stay again. Even better than in pictures. The kitchen, the shower, the deck…all great. The dock is shared with other units in the compound but not a problem for us, met some nice people. I was concerned about the lake levels but our tweens were jumping off into over 6 ft of water (this was second week in July). Communication was excellent and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Love the Polson Octagon!

It's rare to find a place right in Polson and right on the lake, but this property was perfect. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, stocked with supplies (e.g. laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc.). We can't wait to return.

Great getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Tana’s VRBO! Home is light and bright, very clean, literally right off the lake. Grocery store is super close, boat rentals too. Home had everything we needed. Tana was available via text if we had questions. Awesome memories!! We’ll be back!!

Amazing!!

A last minute trip to get together with family was nothing short of spectacular. The house was clean, offered anything you need and more with amazing sunrises right the water! We were able to bring my parents and get them out on the lake right from the dock. Parking was a little tight for bigger rigs but the host went above and beyond to help us park our truck and trailer at her own property. Would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic stay right on Flathead Lake

We spent 5 nights and 6 days at this lake house, and we enjoyed every second! It was spacious with plenty of space for our family of 5 (including 3 teens) to hang out. The bathrooms are refurbished and quite large, in addition to being well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, etc. We loved being right on the lake and enjoyed the amazing views. With the dock only steps away, it was extremely easy to have access to our daily rentals of jet skis and boat. There are also several floatie toys and towels provided at the property so it was easy to enjoy time in the water. Definitely a 5-star experience!!!
