Great location, very very clean, were in our late 60`s, couldn`t figure out how to get local channels for the news, some of the sockets didn`t work. Be a great place for younger folks' close but quiet and located close to everything, parking was fine.

Reno winter visit

We stayed in Reno for three nights while visiting family. The location and accommodations of this Vrbo were perfect. Close to downtown and also close to the family we were visiting. It was clean and comfortable - we will definitely stay there again when the occasion arises. A bonus that the unit has a washer and dryer!

Second time using property while I visited my son in neighborhood. Only complaint and same as last time, few usable electric outlets. Kitchen and bathroom are fine but others loose and plugs fall out. They badly need reworking. Kitchen very nice overall. Felt very safe while staying there. Will use again bringing my extension chords.

The place where we love to stay this two days, was warm, clean, and safe. We treated this place as my own home, kept clean before we left. If you can update the restroom facilities as the uncomfortable smell from vent-pipe. Besides that, all things are well.

Perfect one bedroom

This listing was. Wry accurate and there was a binder with very detailed I formation. The hosts were very responsive and it was an easy check in and check out process.

Outstanding!

It took a little extra effort to find the address in the alley, but was worth it. Once we found it, returing after a day away was easy. It was in a good neighborhood. It was clean and well maintained. It had all the appliances, cookware, dishes, etc that we needed. The full sized fridge had a filtered water pitcher. There was information about things to do that was helpful. The hosts emailed us during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. We would stay there again.

Best Little Place in Reno

This was our 2nd stay at this rental and definitely not our last. There are thoughtful amenities for travelers & the location is within walking distance to restaurants & shops. Looking forward to our next stay, our 3-peat!!

Clean and cozy

Our stay here was great. Shopping/dining in close proximity, the rental was clean and cozy. Communication with the owners was great. Parking was spacious. We had a large truck and an SUV. I would revisit

Favorite place

This was our second stay at this property. My son and his family live in Reno and we visit a few times a year. Everything is just as described- clean and modern. Heating and A/C is supplied by heat pump. Neighborhood is quiet and the unit is supplied with everything one might need, like cooking utensils, refrigerator, stove and fast internet. One of our go-to places.

Perfect trip

Hi Mike & Lauren, My visit was short but two perfect days of skiing & wonderful time with my son & his new girlfriend. Broken down futon

Advertised as a one bedroom with a futon bed in the living room. It was completely broken with springs popping and sink holes. Impossible to use as a bed. Fortunately my adult daughter is small and slept on the tiny side couch. Was shocked that the host had that futon in the unit, not even useable as a couch to sit on. Very disappointing because the rest of the unit was lovely.

Very clean little house. The neighborhood seemed safe. Only stayed 1 night. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It has one queen size bed and a futon. The futon was okay for over night but for more than one adult it would be very uncomfortable. It would probably be fine for a couple of kids. Overall it is a nice little place.

Just what we needed

I was headed to Reno for a workshop, and my girlfriend decided to join me. The location was perfectly located near downtown, it had everything we needed, and the host was great. We’ll definitely be checking with this host for availability next time we’re in town.

Nice clean cottage

It was nice, organized, & clean. There was bottle water in the fridge & little blicking light on the living room wall to welcome us in. The bathroom has a nice big tub. The only thing we would change was the bed that squeaked when you sat on it. It was a very nice cottage, I would recommend it :)

Good value

It was clean and modern and had a nice kitchen. I have a disability and use a walker. There are a few stairs getting in and out that I was able to navigate but the bedroom was pretty tight with a walker to get to the bathroom. If you are not handicapped, it is great for a short stay.

Comforts of Home

Place is cozy and quaint with great midtown walking location. The hosts provided everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxing setting in the backyard, convenient parking and great communication with our hosts. There’s manuals for operating the stove, TV’s and A/C. We would stay again in the future.

Perfect for us 3!

We are relatively new to VRBO and didn’t know what to expect. Luckily for us, between the reviews be the pictures, we got a hat we hoped for. The location was in easy driving distance for all the things we needed to attend for the baseball tournament. If there is one critique, the electrical outlets by the bed would not hold our plugs. It was not a major issue for us, we worked it out. Communication with Michael was easy and he responded quickly. This was a great stay for us.

Few recommendations

Not that these would stop us from staying there again: 1. More comfortable couch with more cushion, the couch was not soft enough 2. Rubber mat for shower/ bath tub 3. Maybe they had instructions to watch the different tv channels, but we couldn’t watch local tv channels Otherwise, excellent place to stay
