The Space
Open concept home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining room, laundry, two outdoor decks, etc.

Entering into the main home you will find an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen. The modern kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials such as utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, cups, plates, and some spices. The living and dinning area has large windows and sliding glass doors where you can access the deck from the living and dinning area.

The spacious house is completely decorated with a modern Colorado feeling and furnished for pure comfort. The living room has modern furniture with Western decor, fireplace, 55 inch TV , and spectacular view of Pikes Peak! A private bedroom and separate bathroom is located on the main level. We also have a queen size and a twin size, top quality air mattresses, with full bedding. The living room couch can also easily sleep a kid.

Upstairs in the main house has 2 bedrooms. The first room is the master bedroom with King Size bed, en suite bath with large tub and shower, his and hers sinks and walk-in closet. This vaulted ceiling room also has a television, and private access to the private deck with the breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. The mattress is made of brand new memory foam and it is a dream to sleep on.

The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a private bathroom.

Location
This location offers many activities to keep you busy all week long! Go for a hike to get picturesque views of Pike's Peak. Head into town to one of the many activities the area has to offer; take the kids to the dinosaur museum or the north pole, go for a private walk, or head to the major attractions all within 30 minutes or less (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Incline and more!) The paradise to nature begins right outside your doorstep, where you can admire the views. Walking distance to shops, parks, dinning, Woodland Aquatic Center, city center, stores, parks, etc. You can drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort in 2 hours.
