We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the close proximity to the grocery store, shops, and trails. After walking the whole village, I preferred this location. The primary bedroom was perfect for my husband and I. The second bedroom was a bit on the smaller side for our two teens and became too warm for the top bunk - however, if you don’t need it or are staying in the cooler months it should be totally fine. Overall, we had an excellent time and would stay again!

Quiet refuge at Whistler Village

Quiet, clean comfortable unit in Whistler Village. Den is small, but functional. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, great location.

Comfortable place with a nice little kitchen means we were able to make basic meals. Great location: steps to the free shuttle to the hill, across the parking lot from the grocery store and a nice walk along the Stroll to all the shops. We parked for the week and never needed to drive anywhere!

The location was convenient, and the unit generally worked well for us, but we encountered several issues that affected our stay.The bunk beds in the den had extremely thin, compressed mattresses. You could clearly feel the solid wood underneath, making them very difficult to sleep on. The sofa, which doesn’t convert into a bed, wasn’t a comfortable alternative. This was more than a preference for a softer mattress. The bunk beds simply weren’t reasonably comfortable for sleeping.The shared laundry machines are coin-operated at 3 per wash and 3 per dry. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn’t dry a small load of only three towels in one cycle. Management did provide a complimentary linen exchange and contacted the Strata after we reported the problem.On our final night, we also noticed that the hot tub had an extreme amount of foam and green buildup in the water. It appeared to need a thorough cleaning, so we chose not to use it.The management company was polite and responsive throughout our stay, and they provided a 200 refund after we raised our concerns. However, considering the cost and length of our booking, the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements had a significant impact on our overall experience. I hope the bunk mattresses and hot tub are inspected and addressed for future guests.

Marketplace Getaway

The location is great. We have always loved the marketplace. The unit is very adequate and clean. The layout is a little tight and funky, but it was workable for the three of us.

Great service

Kayla was fantastic, quick to respond to emails and the apartment was clean, stylish and in a convenient location. Email instructions were seamless and easy to follow / access apartment. There was another car parked in our spot one night and they quickly arranged a tow truck to remove it - awesome service

All you need

This property was all we needed (2adults) but you would want more space. Pics made it look a lot bigger than it was. More than two people in this property for more than overnight would be tight despite the small room with bunkbeds for kids. Located on the east side of the village which is not terrible but I prefer more central. Was quiet, clean, tidy, warm and everything worked.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT UNIT, GREAT STAY!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this place again. The location is tough to beat. Fresh St. Market, tacos, the liquor store, and plenty of other shops are literally right outside the front door. It's tucked away on the quieter side of the village, so you can relax when you want to, but you're still only steps away from the plaza, restaurants, and everything Whistler Village has to offer. The unit itself was spotless, spacious, and very well laid out. It was fully stocked with everything our family needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially on warmer days, and the TV and cable setup was excellent for winding down in the evenings. Communication with both the property management team and the owners was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. This was easily one of our favorite places we've stayed in Whistler. Amazing location, fantastic unit, and we'll definitely be back.
