Spacious "The Lodge" 3 bed 2 bath w/Pool and plenty of Boat or RV parking!!

Come stay at "The Lodge". This home was recently renovated and themed after a Safari Lodge. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a covered patio and a private screened in pool. The home sits on over an acre and has a private firepit area and a sitting area overlooking the fenced in back yard. There is a ping pong table and several bikes that can be used for the nearby bike trails or to ride downtown. The property sits near a city park, dog park and walking trails. There are lake views from the pool deck. The property has ample parking for RVs, boats or several cars.

Loved this place

We enjoyed our stay is this spacious house. Everything was as descibed in the listing. The host was great to work with and responded in a timely manner. Loved the scrapbook they had with local places to eat and tourist attractions. Would stay at again.

Wonderful weekend!

Me and 3 of my best friends get together every few months to celebrate life. This weekend was so very special because we also attended an event in Mt Dora which raised money for a foundation we are all a part of that raises awareness and support for cancer screenings. We lost our dear friend to a rare form of cancer in October of last year. This house and our time together was so special and the weekend so precious. Thank you for providing us such a peaceful home for us to celebrate Karla and over 100 years of friendship combined.

Peaceful Getaway

Great quiet neighborhood for peaceful getaway. Close enough to downtown. House was great, pool was perfect with very large covered porch. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

We rented the house for 25 days. We liked the location and had a blast getting to know the Lake County area. Steve and Amy were super responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend staying here.

Mount Dora get away

Everything was great. The pool was wonderful after all the walking we did. Even though we had a rainy week, the house was so close to everything we were able to do quick drips around town and avoid most of the weather.

Lovely place!

We had a small issue upon arrival, but I contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything! Lovely Home! We spent most of our time in the beautiful pool!

Mt. Dora visit

This place was absolutely wonderful!!! It was close to everything. Took 40 minutes to Disney Springs. The house was beautiful and had everything! We were able to grill the last night for family. The pool was great as well. We will def. Be back!!!

Nice Cozy Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was super clean and convenient. We enjoyed having a pool as well although the weather didn’t cooperate all weekend. The only negative was a lack of a third bathroom. Otherwise, it is highly recommended.

Great stay at The Lodge

My husband and I stayed at The Lodge while we attended a car show in the area. We were so glad we stayed here rather than a local hotel. The Lodge has been renovated and decorated beautifully with fun touches everywhere. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom we used had a comfortable mattress which is always important to us. The property is close to downtown Mt. Dora but in a neighborhood that is out of the way of traffic and very quiet. We would definitely recommend staying at The Lodge!

Cute little oasis

This property was great! It was like our own little oasis. We enjoyed the pool while the puppers enjoyed the yard. Steve was very responsive and ensured our stay was great!! He and Amy thought of everything, I mean everything! You can literally come to this house with just your clothes and everything else that you need is here for you. The beds were very comfy, which is a rare find in our travels. We would definitely stay again!!!😊

My wife and I are both in the real estate industry and own a brokerage firm in Orlando, FL named Kona Realty Services. We are both graduates from the University of Central Florida and have three great kids. We work hard and play hard and this cabin/bungalow are the most relaxing places we know. We get to visit several times a year and enjoy snowboarding, fishing and just relaxing.
