Beautiful, bright and spacious, three-bedroom, three full-bathroom apartment on the 8th floor with a balcony overlooking the lush and incredible Parque Mexico. The contemporary-styled super clean apartment was completely renovated recently and we continue to upgrade (we just added double pane windows in the bedrooms). Premium quality mattresses. Fast Internet. Digital entrance key. 24-hour guard in the lobby. Our place is in the center of La Condesa, one of Mexico's most vibrant, hip and interesting neighborhoods, replete with great restaurants and shops. Parque Mexico is a wonderland of activities from performers to athletes to dog walkers and artists. La Condesa is a favorite spot for expats. Modern apartment in a great location overlooking Parque Mexico. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. The subway and metrobus are within walking distance. Perfect for our group of 5. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for, bright, spacious and super clean. We had a wonderful view of Parque Mexico and enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants! This location near parque Mexico in Condesa was the perfect stay for our first visit in Mexico City. The apartment is clean, airy, and thoughtfully put together. It's very comfortable and I loved the details around the apartment. The host is super friendly and communicative. The location was perfect walking distance to the park, cafe and restaurants.

Perfect park view apartment in perfect neighborhood

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable and central to many restaurants, bars, markets and attractions. The host was very welcoming, the apartment was very clean and well appointed, and the view of Parque Mexico is fantastic! We hope to return again.

Prime home base in CDMX

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The location is amazing, right by a beautiful park with coffee shops and eateries. We spent several mornings listening to the city wake up, and in the afternoons, we could hear jazz and opera wafting up from the street. Magical. The apartment is clean, tasteful, spacious, and has everything you need. I can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect Home Base in CDMX

We used this apartment as our home base for eight days while we were in Mexico for our daughter's wedding. It was perfect. Spacious, sunny, modern and clean, with a wonderful view over Parque Mexico. The neighborhood is filled with good restaurants and charming cafes. Robert, the owner, was very responsive and helpful, as was Rocio, the local manager. We could not have been happier with our experience here.

We truly loved every moment of our stay at this Condesa apartment. From the very beginning, the check-in process was seamless and easy, which set the tone for a wonderful experience.The apartment itself is beautifully and thoughtfully curated—blending modern design with charming Mexican touches that give it warmth and character. One detail we especially appreciated was the welcome booklet, where the hosts share helpful notes about the apartment along with their favorite local restaurants—such a personal and thoughtful touch.The front-facing views of the park are simply stunning—peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. At the same time, the kitchen window view features a vibrant mural that adds a unique artistic element to the home. The location could not be better. Right outside the door, you’ll find curated shops, fantastic restaurants, cozy coffee spots, bakeries, and even a convenient Walmart Express. While the kitchen is well-stocked, the food options nearby are so good that you really shouldn’t even think about cooking!The beds are very comfortable, and having three bathrooms made the stay especially convenient for our family. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood throughout our visit.Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything even more enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Perfect stay in La Condesa

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The location is perfect, very walkable, with tons of restaurants nearby. and an easy commute to pretty much anywhere in the city. It overlooks the Parque Mexico, which is a great lively and lovely area, and if like us you love dogs, a veritable dog paradise. The apartment very comfortably accommodated our family of five, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. It's attractive, well laid out and nicely decorated. The balcony was lovely for sitting out in the coolness of the morning and listening to the birds and watching the pair of eagles in the park treetops, and for a sunset drink. It is also super well-equipped, with all the plates, pans, appliances etc you could need. The welcoming sign for our family, the fruit basket and drinks in the fridge was a nice touch and appreciated by us. Having items like coffee, tea, salt and pepper is helpful. Each bedroom has an overhead fan and there are 2 movable floor fans for the hotter times of the day. Our host was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions, and the local contact was also very helpful. We will definitely be back, there is so much to see and do in Mexico City and this was an ideal property.

Best Vrbo experience ever! Everything was perfect. And none of that US BS where you get fined for not having dishes in dishwasher and linens in washing machine when you depart. Just leave the key card with the door man on the way out and hop in an uber to go to the airport. Great, great stay.

This property is wonderful, clean, and perfectly located in the Condesa neighborhood. This was our family’s first visit to Mexico City and the host was was so helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and other suggestions. The property faces Parque Mexico (lively and fun) and we easily walked to other attractions (like museums and shops). We’ve rented properties around the world through VRBO for many years, but this property’s host “stands out” for his courtesy, professionalism, and communication. Would definitely rent this property again.
