Beloved classic beach house boasts full-length furnished screened porch with dining table, hammock, and relaxing views over the canal and saltmarsh beyond. Additional features include fixed and floating docks on the tidal canal, game table nook, well-equipped kitchen, spacious covered parking and basketball hoop. Ground floor bedrooms have internal stairwell access to the main floor.
Guests have nearly direct access to the beach via a short side street and enjoy nearby access to a small boat landing – perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek.
