Relax at our quiet family oriented cottages and cabins, which is also, home to an onsite Chip Truck serving lunch and dinners. A perfect place for family vacations & weekend getaways. Provincial Parks, Golf courses, Motor Speedway and Drive In Theatre all nearby.

The property was clean and ok. Beds were old and not very comfortable. To call these rooms "cabins" is misleading. It is a motel room, with small kitchen and dining table. They had small cooking appliances which you can plug in.Ok for 2 people to sleep in for couple nights.

Short little getaway

I like the idea of the property and set up but definitely needs a freshen up on the outside. Room was clean and served its purpose, I personally didn’t need nothing more or nothing less from it. I wasn’t happy that the cleaning person went into our room thinking we have checked out a day early when we were just at the beach. It really threw my vibe off so then we just ended up leaving anyways. Chip truck didn’t open. Perfect location tho, served it’s purpose

Clean, basic and everything you need

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. The cabin is clean, basic and has everyone you need for a Cabin experience in Ipperwash. The fire pit gives perfect opportunity to have a bonfire and make some s'mores in the evening. The cabin is a short walk to the beach. And Sal was very responsive when we wanted to extend our stay by another day/night. We will be back next year.

Not suitable for long stay

2 towels for a family stay for 4 day stay ? Wrong key codes given to get into unit also other guests had same issues. Deck g in front of units rotting. Boards popping up everywhere. Sheets and towels all yellow stained. Mold and mildew in showers. Not a good place for family get away

The space
We have equipped the kitchen fully with cooking ware, plates, cups, and cutlery for your use while you stay. Enjoy a cold beer while barbequing your favorite steak in the shared bbq area and at night light a fire on our fire pit and share stories under a starlight sky.

To make you feel more comfortable at home, we have provided you with lawn chairs, gazebos and tables for your outdoor pleasures in the common space. Just bring your food, swimming shorts and fire wood.

The cabins are for use for larger gatherings such as Reunion or Anniversary. If you want all your family in one place to share stories around the fire, cook and eat together, this is it. For large group please inquire early in the season, as cottages and cabins book separately and in advance.

Get out and meet new people if you like and share your world experience with others. We have an onsite Chip Wagon, take out or dine-in establishment. Fully staffed, serving fish and chips, burgers, sausages, ice cream, pop and all the rest of goodies to make you feel at ease. Restaurant times may vary please confirm and inquire before booking.

Other things to note
Amenities included in your private cabin are coffee pot, toaster, stoves/microwaves, en-suite bathrooms with stand-up showers, BBQ's, picnic eating areas & fire pit maybe be shared with others guests.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi is also available on site but may be not reliable in the rooms as we are limited by the service provider.

Note: Ipperwash Beach is a great proximity to Grand Bend. Located in a small beach front community. Ice cream parlors, fish and chip huts, Beach Club that rents boats and boards. Grocery stores, LCBO all without the hustle and chaos of a Grand Bend.
