Our cozy backyard features a fire pit and tranquil screen-in porch with a swing, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Plus, with direct access to the trail in George Mitchell Nature Preserve, you can explore nature right from our backyard! Inside, our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including 2 en-suite rooms and a master bedroom on the main floor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Come relax and rejuvenate at our lovely home, just a stone's throw away from all the excitement The Woodlands has to offer!

The neighborhood is surrounded by the Woodlands reserve. Though only a neighborhood park or "tot lot" Trace Creek Park does feature a sand Volleyball Court. Trace Creek Park also features plenty of picnic tables and barbeque pits as well as a nice open grassy area for a great picnic spot or birthday party.

Trace Creek is a truly unique village in The Woodlands. It's less than 10 mins away from the Woodlands Mall and Grand Parkway. It has been said that is is the prettiest of all the village subdivisions. Upon entry you are greeted with a park that features play equipment that appeals to younger children and a separate area with swings and slides, volleyball nets and equipment geared to attract the more adventurous older child. There is a place for everyone. A great place for neighborhood community events and time with family and friends.
House Rules
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: After 4pm | Check-out: Before 11am
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance.
2. Occupancy & Guests
Maximum occupancy: The number of guests as described in the reservation.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or parties.
3. Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours: 9pm – 7am
No Party Allowed, especially in the evening.
4. Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas (if applicable).
5. Pets
Allowed, pets must be approved in advance and follow specific guidelines.
6. Cleanliness & Trash
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
7. Kitchen Use
Clean up after cooking and return items to their place.
Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests.
8. Appliance & Utility Usage
Turn off lights, appliances, and the thermostat when leaving the property.
No excessive water or energy usage.
9. Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Report any damage or issues immediately.
10. Damage & Liability
The damage protection insurance is highly encouraged.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Fees may apply for excessive mess, or rule violations.
