Grande Surf Club Resort is the Ultimate Luxury Beachfront get away…..

The updates give this unit a relaxing, modern beach vibe that includes every convenience you would expect from a luxury beachfront condo. There are only 2 units per floor offering a family friendly, quiet retreat close to all the activates PCB has to offer. The complex is gated, with security cameras and private beach access.

This Spacious 4th Floor unit has over 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and is equipped to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The master suite has a king size bed, huge master bathroom, large walk in shower, jetted shower system and garden tub. The guest room has a queen-size bed and writing desk. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, a trundle bed and private full bathroom. The Livingroom has a sleeper sofa, breakfast bar and plenty of seating for everyone in your group.

Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV in addition to the 60 inch smart TV in the living room. Blue Ray and HD Digital channels are also available in the Living room and Master Bedroom.

The Great Room and Master Suite open directly onto a large wrap around balcony (250 square feet) which overlooks the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine as you relax on our private balcony and watch the boats, dolphins, or a breathtaking sunset.

The most relaxing vacation ever

Beautiful beach front balcony. Room for the entire family. Well appointed kitchen where you can watch the waves while you prepare dinner. Quiet complex with helpful and friendly neighbors. We couldn't have asked for anything nicer

Perfect condo for family vacation

This was our third time staying in this condo! It is very spacious and clean and has an amazing ocean view! We love how easy the pool and beach are to access! It’s never crowded and we always have a great family vacation! Dannette is very quick to reply to any questions! We’ll be back!

The condo is very accommodating, spacious and the balcony views of the gulf and area is fantastic! Everything you need to facilitate a comfortable stay is there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Access to the host was very convenient and appreciated. We also appreciated the security of the complex.

Best location on the Beach!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, the location perfect. It’s on the quiet end of PCB and a small resort with only 2 condos per floor. The kids, ages 11 and 13 loved the pool. Access to the beach was easy. The lock on the door to get in and out was a bit tricky and the gate to the pool did not work. Other than that it was a great trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious

The condo was very beautiful and spacious. It was fully equipped with anything you would want and more. Texted one question and got a reply immediately. We had four adults and three kids. Good location. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo & location!

Loved the condo and wrap around balcony! It’s right on the beach with private access to beach. Condo was perfect for our family of 11. The owner was wonderful to work with and details/communication was on point. The ONLY negative were that the floors were dirty and the living room furniture/sofa bed needed an upgrade (sofa bed mattress was very thin). But…..we were on the beach most of the time anyway!!

Great stay on the beach

Nicely updated condo on the 4th floor. Amazing balcony overseeing the ocean. Overall it was great. Brand new grill but we could not get it to work. It seemed like gas wasn’t on to the property. The building is older but the owner has updated the condo nicely.

Spacious condo with an awesome ocean view and easy access to beach and pool!

We just returned from an awesome vacation at Grand Surf 4E! There were 2 families with a total of 10 people in the condo; it was very comfortable and spacious for our group. The balcony offers a great ocean view and plenty of seating! We were pleased with the easy access to the pool and beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all. The condo had everything we needed. Dannette was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely try to book this condo again on our next trip!

Great for 2 families of 4

We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to the soccer fields as we were in town for a tournament. We got to enjoy the pool, beach, and balcony in our downtime. The gate to the parking lot was not working which wasn't the end of the world, but I would have preferred it not be open all of the time because there was a lot going on and lots of people walking around from other condos, etc. We have 4 adults and 4 kids and the sleeping space was perfect and the large living room was great. 3 bathrooms was very helpful.

Great Location for Family

This spacious condo was just what we needed for our sons and their friends for Senior year Spring Break! The boys and their friends enjoyed staying in the same room together, and my husband and I enjoyed having a large master bedroom separated from them. We also enjoyed having balcony access from our room. Can't beat the views or calming sounds! We all had a great time and enjoyed the beach access. We were close enough to everything we needed and to fun places while also being just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Very safe facility, and everyone was friendly! I would highly recommend!

The BALCONY for Us!

I thought I summited my review before I left Panama City...we checked in at the Grand Surf Club June 25-29, 2023! We did have a couple of glitches initially but between Dannette the property owner and Kathy the property manager, all was handled very professionally and expeditiously. Thank you again ladies! The unit was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Just note...there is a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee, important stuff to know for us anyway lol! The beds were quite comfortable. Although the closet in the king suite has a lock on it...there is another closet that can easily be missed...it is on the left hand side. There was no mention of the mini refrigerator/freezer in the king suite either. To be honest, we cannot give you any review on the furniture or sofa bed...we never sat or slept on it because we LIVED on the balcony and enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves from the BALCONY!! All that was missing was a trash can on the balcony but that was easily remedied. Again, Thank You for the stay...NO COMPLAINTS!!

Our property is family owned and operated. It was originally purchased as a private 2nd home for our family to enjoy, so you can imagine that all of the “fixings” are included. It truly is our home away from home. This property is ideal for families who want a peaceful get away, but still some nightly excitement right around the corner.

The Grande Surf Club is a smaller condo complex which is ideal for families. If you hate waiting in lines for elevators, having to get up early to get seating at the pool or over crowded beach space, this is the condo for you! There are only 2 units per floor and most of the condos have residences who there year round. There are many attractions within walking distance. Since our unit is on the 4th floor you can still safely watch the kids from the balcony. Our unit has a total of 2,500 square feet including the balcony. There is enough seating on the balcony for 10+ and we regular update our unit to keep it feeling like home and not worn down.

The complex has gated parking and cameras through out. So you can feel safe while you are on vacation. The size of our unit lends while to those in wheelchairs who needs the space to move around. There is a full on laundry room and movie library as well! Come and relax in our family owned condo, we know you will love it as much as we do!
