This was a perfectly placed property for our quick, back-to-school, last taste of Summer! It was beautiful and we plan to stay there in the future.

This is a beautiful home with thoughtfully curated items for a great beach trip! There were flashlights for crab hunting waiting by the front door. Plenty of movies and games for our toddler to enjoy. I look forward to returning next year!

Property was clean with ample amenities. It is quiet and has easy beach access without having to cross a road. The restaurant on-site is good, as is the food at the Marina just down the road. It worked well for a long weekend stay.

Wonderful condo for family vacation!

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with an incredible view! Wonderful amenities, close to the beach, and great pools! Absolutely loved our stay! Great family vacation!

Great place for a family

The condo is located perfectly and the view is stunning. Check in and check out was very easy and the owners were always available. Definitely recommend!

Nice clean condo. Everything you would need is there including beach stuff. Right by beach club as well.

Awesome family dog friendly place

We loved this condo. The property was close to the boardwalk, beach club, and had amazing views of the gulf. There were so many things included in our stay such as a wagon and cooler for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Just as described.....

Property is just as pictured. There were beach towels, a roller cooler, and a beach wagon in the closet for us to use. Nice binder with ideas of things to do and information about the island. Well stocked kitchen and an electric grill was on the patio. Don't forget those trash bags, only two were provided. We had a great time and never a shortage of things to do.

Relaxing

It truly is an amazing condo and location - we've stayed here before and will again. I gave it 4 stars this time as there were some issues. The elevator was constantly broken (which is fine except the condo is on the 3rd floor and we had to walk our dogs multiple times a day), the water was turned off several times and there wasn't any communication as to what was going on or when the water would be turned back on, the light switch in the master bathroom sent sparks and scared the bejesus out of me and the code to the condo stopped working. I had to go to the office in my night shirt (was trying to be sneaky and walk the dogs quickly) and got attitude from the young lady at the reception desk. Lastly, the restaurant and bar at the beach club were closed for renovations and we found out when we arrived. With this said, it was still a fabulous vacation and I still recommend this property.

We are sorry to hear that the complex didn't communicate with residents & guests about the water outages. We'll share your feedback with complex management and encourage you too, as well. We're sorry to hear that you were surprised about the restaurant and bar being closed. They've been shuttered for quite awhile, so we're careful not to list them as amenities for the complex. Beautiful view!

I first off…never post reviews…because I’m particular. The view and condo was so AMAZING it warranted a review! It is a wall to wall ocean view the moment you walk in! Beautiful! It was Super clean! I’d never know that dogs are allowed! Super beautiful view, great well maintained property…nice neighborhood community and landscaping. Well stocked with plates, cups & cooking items. Back patio is the best and is perfect to start the day with coffee or end it with wine. The location to the beach, pool, elevator, parking spot, all perfect! We will definitely be back! Now…the things I learned… Don’t bother renting a golf cart, you can’t take it to the beach. It’s a mostly non-vehicular beach. There used to be a restaurant and pool side bar/grill at the beach club, but it’s no longer there since Covid hit. There are a few food trucks that came and went… an acai bowl place, Italian ice and coffee truck which were nice. The Galvestonite bistro (about 4 miles away) was amazing food and allowed pups on the patio.

Great place to stay. Place was recently updated and had a great layout and view. Located next to the Beach Club Pool was a plus. Sand N Sea was very attentive throughout the stay. Place was very kid friendly. Kitchen was completely stocked. Probably the nicest place I've stayed. There was an issue with the AC that they promptly replied and sent out a tech to repair it. We were able to leave them in the condo while we went to the pool and were notified of the repair when it was completed. I would absolutely stay again. Local Eatery Way West Pizza and Grill about 12 minutes away was delicious the night we decided not to cook. Plenty nearby.

Location. Location. Location.

LOCATION: Water view, just steps from beach walkway & club amenities. CONDO: Immaculate, beautifully furnished, like new kitchen appliances, fully equipped kitchen, t.v. in bedrooms & den, comfortable balcony furniture, & dog friendly. BUILDING: One space covered parking with extra parking nearby for guests, dependable elevator, nice sidewalks & conveniently located dog waste stations. We'll definitely rent this particular condo again!

Simply Perfect!

Location, location, location! Apartment had everything we could have ever asked for. This one has much less check out instructions than any other properties we stayed with so far. The mattress was super soft, not our preference though. The floor could use a thorough cleaning. But other than that it was the most perfect stay of our 6 visits.

Perfect getaway

We were happy to have a lo g weekend getaway here at Point West. Our condo was well decorated. Furnished with everything you would need. The extensive patio was larger than expected, with a beautiful view. We will be back!

We had a fabulous week. The condo was perfect! I loved the patio furniture and the bed was so comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. We’re already planning a return trip.

Great beachfront property

The unit was exactly as described and pictured online. Great water-facing location. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the early morning and evenings with the breeze coming in off the water. Conveniently located near pool. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again!

Lovely condo!

Great location near the beach club. Bring extra shampoos, we ran out with the three girls in our group using the shampoo before I could. Wonderful condo, comfy beds, quiet and a beautiful ocean view. Will be back for sure.

Sunshine & Relaxation

The view was even better than the photos. Our dog Hurley loved laying on the patio and took naps regularly there. The bed was very comfortable and all directions to use the items in the unit were very detailed. The sun always showed up everyday even though the forecast called for cloudy skies all weekend. It was picture perfect. We look forward to visiting again soon. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Spring Break

This place was the most enjoyable place we have stayed at while in Galveston, during Spring Break! Far away from the hustle and bustle and no loud partying drinkers around. Very nice and the restaurant was the best we ate at while visiting for a week. We will definitely consider staying here before anywhere else next time! 😁 The condo was super clean and beautiful view of the beach every morning!
