Spring Specials!🌅 900 Feet to the Beach! 🏖️5 bedrooms with Game Room and Pool
Bring the whole family (or two families) to this great spot with lots of room for fun. Our home is less than 950 feet to the beach and easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. There is room for everyone with 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. Three of the rooms feature king beds & ensuite bathrooms, two bedrooms have full beds with twin trundles underneath, and they share a common bathroom. An inflatable mattress is provided if extra space is needed. The game room is on the lower level and features two player pop-a-shot basketball, mini ping pong, two video game arcade systems and a big screen TV. Lots of board games are provided as well. So, while you should be at the beach, if you have to stay home you have plenty to do. The pool is shared with the other 11 units and is not heated. So, unless you like the polar bear plunge, wait for the weather to warm up to enjoy the pool. Otherwise, enjoy the pink sugar beaches and warm gulf waters that Panama City Beach offers.

We love to travel but we don't love staying at hotels. When we travel, we like to cook at home and enjoy time together with family and friends. We try to make our guests truly feel at home in our home so their vacation can be enjoyed.

We have both lived in many states and have always been drawn back to Florida. The southern part of the Emerald coast is so beautiful with amazing white sand beaches and incredible sunsets. In a few minutes' walk you find yourself on a huge beach. However, being in Panama City Beach, you are close to everything. Waterparks, bars, restaurants, attractions - fun is available for everyone, young or old.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
When we travel it is often with another family or group of friends so we wanted to find a place that could accommodate our group. While Ocean front condos are nice, they didn't really offer the space for everyone to spread out and either hang out together or have a place of your own. Also, the big resorts often have slow elevators, paid parking, resort fees, alarms going off, etc. We wanted a place we could enjoy cooking, playing games have spacious rooms and be close to the beach and our beach location checked all the boxes. We hope you will love it too.
