Welcome to Villa Elegancia located in the safe and gated Puerto Aventuras. You will have the entire villa (6500 sq ft) to yourself! Private pool with waterslide and hot tub to relax in after a fun day! This 5-bedroom/4.5 bath home provides lots of space and privacy.

Daily maid service included, massages, golfing, mani+ Pedi, and more can all be arranged for you by our concierge, Chan! Walking distance to 30+ restaurants and bars and swimming with dolphins.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The cleaning people and maintenance support was so nice to have while on vacation! The host was very responsive and helpful. We hired the chef for our last night which was a treat. My kids loved the pool!

Amazing villa

The villa was absolutely perfect for our holiday. The location is great, and secure and it was very easy to get around the community using a golf cart. The villa is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean, and the pool was so beautiful. There was an amazing housekeeping team that helped us everyday. And Chan, our concierge, was very helpful. We had a really fun and relaxing time and would definitely go back to stay at this amazing place!

Amazing Villa!

This villa is truly amazing! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Everything from the description and the photos are absolutely accurate. So much room and perfect for family and friends. We had children with us from ages 5 - 10 and they loved it, especially the pool and water slide. You can use kayaks in the lagoon directly from the back of the property. Everything was great and the Property Manager Chan made sure our stay was perfect. She was so helpful before, during and even after our visit. She helped set up activities including fishing/snorkeling/cenote tours, golf cart rentals, an in-house chef and even met us at the pharmacy for our covid shots to return to the U.S. Top notch service all the way! We love you Chan! We had zero issues or complaints throughout our stay and will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!!!

STAY HERE! Hands down, a perfect place to stay in Mexico.

Wow! Where to begin? This place was perfect. The location and proximity to Tulum and Playa Del Carmen was awesome. A quick 25 minute shuttle ride in either direction. The town of Puerto Aventuras, and the gated community we were in, was quaint and safe and very friendly. It seemed like a mix of locals and tourists all co-existing in this little bubble where there were pharmacies, shops, restaurants, bars, piers with boat rentals, and even a place to stop and play with/ look at dolphins and manatees. The house - omg the house was AMAZING. Even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos, which is saying a lot. The housekeepers were amazing, discreet and so friendly and kind. Even more amazing than the immaculate accommodations was the absolutely incredible host Chan. She is a superstar. She was always there for us when we had questions, always helped us when we needed to get around the town and shop for groceries. I can't thank her or like her enough or more than I already have and do! Thank you, Chan! We hired Chef Marc to make our meals during the trip, and he was incredible. Not only was he very friendly and accommodating, but his food was SO GOOD! We were very very lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay on the peninsula.

We love the restaurants and nightlife in Puerto Aventuras with lots of live music, karaoke, dancing, and fun, fun, fun!
