The south-facing view from the balcony includes views of the dunes and Gulf waters. Out the north facing bedroom views take in spectacular pool and Little Lagoon views. If you enjoy fishing, bring your gear for fishing on the Gulf and nearby Lagoon Pass.

You will love the spacious 1416 square feet to spread out and enjoy your stay. Wood laminate and tile flooring throughout the unit. A large sectional sofa in the living room and queen air mattress adds more room for guests with TVs with cable in living room and master bedroom. There is a full-size washer/dryer set for your convenience. Wireless internet is available in the unit.

This complex has 2 Olympic-size pools, a private boat launch, two fishing piers, and also a bbq/grill gazebo area for your enjoyment. There is boat trailer parking, so bring your boats/jet skis/kayaks for maximum fun. You will one assigned covered parking spot under the building and one assigned uncovered spot. It's a great place to bring your family and friends and enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

Sea Oats is a short drive down West Beach Boulevard away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises and crowds but has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and a large TV. The ensuite bath is spacious with a full tub/shower combo. The second and third bedrooms have a queen beds and dressers. The second bathroom is directly across the hall and also has a full tub/shower for your family or friends.

The kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crock pot,
and coffee maker. You will feel like you are at home, and we know you will enjoy your stay here.

The condo comes furnished with bath towels, bed linens, and a starter supply of kitchen and bath soaps, as well as garbage bags. Bring your own beach towels.
