We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

Cute little place a block away from Wells Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay there. Property has an indoor pool and hot tub but we never had enough time to use it being as there is so much to see and do in the area.

The efficiency apartment was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Very short walk to the beach. The kitchen area has a small refrigerator and small microwave and coffee maker. No stove top. The lighting was adequate, but it could’ve been a little brighter.

Just what we were looking for!

We spent a relaxing weekend exploring the Southern Maine coast. Walking along the lovely Wells beach a mere block from VRBO. The restaurants were wonderful and people were very helpful and friendly!

Bellevue by the Sea

Location, location, location! Easy walk to the beach. Room was smaller than expected, but was fine for 2 of us. Easy access to supermarket and fridge in room was sufficient.

Lovely location. Despite being in the center of town it was quiet. Huge beach to explore and enjoy. Beach walks twice a day, hot tub before bed, slept like a princess, what could be better?

The only thing I would change is the window treatments. They let a lot of light in at night where the lights stay on right outside the windows. I’m a black out window drape kinda guy. Otherwise I loved staying there.

The room was exactly as described and just steps from the beach. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

Location is Perfect

Loved this beautiful hotel room. The hotel staff was so helpful and very friendly. Steps to the beach, shops and Forbes restaurant. We will definitely be back.
