This second-floor unit is bright, sunny, clean, and family-friendly. Enjoy the mountain décor throughout the three bedrooms, two full baths, and large, open-concept kitchen/dining/living area, including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. In warm weather, enjoy your meals or morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the woods and lawn. Venture down to lounge at the pool, play on the tennis court and basketball court, or explore the trails of Whitaker Woods right from the property!

This location is the perfect “base camp” for everything North Conway and Mount Washington Valley have to offer, including hiking trails, Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium, Diana’s Baths, Echo Lake, canoeing on the Saco River, Conway Scenic Railroad, Cranmore and Attitash resorts, tax-free NH outlet shopping, golf, dozens of restaurants, and local microbreweries—all in a 10-mile radius!

We look forward to welcoming you to our mountain retreat. Please note this is NOT the place for parties or large gatherings. We take the association rules and quiet hours seriously and strive to maintain a clean and family-friendly vacation home. No pets, no smoking, no exceptions.

Great setup. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts communicated well. Quiet condo community. Nice pool Only downside was the king bed mattress, which needs to be replaced. We could not get the window in one bedroom (with queen bed) to close.

It was a nice home for our family during our visit to the mountains for a softball tourney. Pool being out of commission was a downer and there were crews doing maintenance around the unit and others but we weren’t around much to hear all that noise (and maintenance has to be done sometimes). Besides the maintenance, everything was quiet in the neighborhood. Location was convenient to stores and restaurants things to do (like Cathedral Ledge), yet secluded. All the accommodations were good; the beds were comfortable, and the AC units help keep the bedrooms cool. We would certainly consider another booking if we are heading back up north for another tournament that brings us to the Whites. Great communication in the lead up to our stay from the host. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay, the host was attentive and friendly. The condo was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of room for our group of 5 shopping ladies.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean condo. Easily accessible to sights of interest and Downtown. Sara and Adam were readily available to answer any questions. We had an amazing time and we would definitely stay again.

Great property to rent, is nearby main attractions like story land and Cranmore mountain park. Property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and super quiet at night. Wonderful host will Definitely come back and rent again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Great stay at Little Bear Lodge

Beautiful home -perfect location

We had a great weekend. Quiet location close to downtown and state parks.....something for everyone!!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Family Weekend

We really enjoyed staying here, it is was very clean and we had enough space for our family of 5. Its a great location too, very close to all the great places North Conway has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo worked great for our family of 5. The location was perfect, and the unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners were easy to work with, and we definitely plan to return again.

Great property and location

This condo was perfect for a get-away in the White Mountains. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location itself was perfect - central to everything. I’d definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Second time stay- great both times!

Super clean, cozy but spacious condo that fit my family of 3 and my parents for a Story Land weekend. It was our second year in a row and we’ll probably try for a third next year :)

Fantastic spot, will book again!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at the condo, it was convenient to everything, had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out and it was extremely comfortable. I will definitely book this condo again.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We couldn’t ask for a better location in the valley and love hearing when our guests feel the same. We keep the condo well stocked just like we would want when on vacation. We have a lockbox on the doorknob and provide a code for our guests to obtain the keys.
