Great stay for work travel

Our team stayed here during work in a nearby town. The stay was great and location convenient. We'd definitely book here again.

House smells very musty, floors are very old, creeky and uneven. Toilets move when you sit down & get up. Upstairs shower/tub is old and nasty. Couches had been shampooed right before checkin, so we didn’t use them due to being wet our whole stay. Living room TV didn’t work, internet only worked when it wanted too. Kitchen was nice, but the chairs all need shampooed and tightened. Friday & Saturday nights, expect to be up all night because the people who live right behind like to party, fight, play loud music all night into the morning!!! House needs some Love. That is all.

Beautiful home

This home was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and well stocked. My only issue was the upstairs sink was slow to drain. We did notify the property management and they were very responsive and amazing as a whole. All in all we enjoyed the house.

A very Merry Christmas

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful Vrbo visiting our son and his wife stationed in Fayetteville. The host's communication was exceptional, even though we encountered a hiccup with the dryer. Given the challenge of replacing it during Christmas, it was understandable. We were delighted to be allowed to decorate the space, and it turned out beautifully. The location was perfect, close to numerous restaurants, making our Christmas enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and highly recommended experience, especially for families wanting proximity to various attractions. Thank you to our host for making our holiday amazing.

Perfect for families

Before arriving, I got an email with the door code and check out instructions, leaving me with no further questions! The house was very spacious and perfect for what we needed. We were traveling for a Spartan race in the area, 3 adults and 2 kids. The adults all needed separate rooms, and this fulfilled that. It wasn't stated in the listing, but wound up being perfect, that two of the bedrooms upstairs had a sliding door between - this was great for me and my kids, as we could have our own room, but I could leave the sliding door open if they wanted, or to come in in the morning without waking the rest of the house. A couple critiques - for such a large house, you would think the pans would be bigger. I wanted to make half a dozen eggs for breakfast, and the largest of the two frying pans was still tiny. If you plan to cook a lot while you're there and have a large family, keep that in mind. This could have been an oversight for our visit and not the norm, but the description says it's "well stocked" but we arrived and there was only about 1/4 of a paper towel roll left, and none in any cabinets. We ran out extremely quickly, as we had a 3 night, 4 day stay. Maybe bring your own paper goods just in case! Overall though, this was a great place for what we needed. It's literally a 5 minute drive to downtown Fayetteville also, where there are many restaurants to choose from! Will definitely stay here again if it's available next year for our Spartan race!!
