Wir (2 ältere Ehepaare) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurze Weg zu Fuß zum Strand, ins Städtchen, ins Restaurant oder Taverne. Wenn wir Ausflüge machen wollten, hatte Matthias (Verwalter) super Vorschläge, war immer behilflich und hatte ein Ohr für uns. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt mit viel Grün und Oliven- und Obstbäumen. Klein , kuschelig und trotzdem nicht zu eng. Wir konnten in Ruhe unseren Urlaub genießen. Danke

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem Ferienhaus. Der große Garten, in dem sich die Häuser befinden ,mit seinen Obstbäumen so nah hinter den Dünen hat uns begeistert. Wir konnten Schildkröten, Geckos und andere Tiere beobachten. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder.

accueil sympa, le propriétaire à l’écoute de nos besoins présent tout en étant très discret. Propriété très agréable, bien entretenue, tranquille calme peu de vis-à-vis, petit Paradis d’arbres fruitiers, très ombragée et en même temps possibilité de bain de soleil. La nuit les fenêtres ouvertes nous sommes bersés par le Ressac, la plage étant à cinq minutes à pied.

The property is located very close to the beach, so it is easy to walk there, and to enjoy the lon..

The property is located very close to the beach, so it is easy to walk there, and to enjoy the long sandy beach so nearby as well as the excellent tavernas in the village. There is an air conditioner in the main bedroom (not in the second room), which is good. We were welcomed by an outgoing representative, who spoke German and very good English. There are some difficulties with the property though. It is not very well maintained - a number of mosquito nets were torn and so entirely ineffective. With the windows shut all day it was so very warm in the apartment. There was a significant leak from the bathroom so that there were MANY mosquitoes - we had to run inside the door each time we came home to avoid them, and still got bitten. Sitting outside was not an option at all, and without the outside space, there is only a very small kitchen. The family next door struggled on through the mosquitoes, but had to leave early, we think. For us it was ok as a couple we just went out to dinner every night. The property seems to be on a family compound. It is at the end of a dirt track so very dark to come home to at night. It is in a hollow behind the sand dunes so can get rather warm. We did enjoy our time there and would go back to Kakavatos, but unfortunately we would not choose this property again.
