Welcome to Parkview Bay in the heart of Osage Beach. Conveniently located at the 19mm overlooking the state park.
Close to many favorite restaurants by land or water, 5 minutes to Outlet Mall and other shopping. Parkview Bay's amenities include 3 pools, designated lake swimming area with swim dock, boat and PWC docks. Parkview Bay is located in one of the best coves at the Lake of the Ozarks for water sports or just dropping anchor and relaxing.

Ground level spacious 3 bedroom includes 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. 2 newly remodeled bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cable TV and WiFi. Spacious outdoor patio with gas grill overlooking the water. Washer and Dryer.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM.

Family Vacation

The condo was great! We enjoyed the quiet area, very safe for our morning runs. It had good access to the water to go boating with friends. We also enjoyed the pool area one day. The condo had everything we needed for the week!

Wonderful

Very clean! Comfortable beds, great view, and a fully stocked kitchen. The online pictures and property description were spot on. We would definitely stay here again.

Our adult daughters, mother, husband and myself was impressed how clean and well equipped for our cooked meals. Very quiet, staff was friendly and other guests we encountered. Our daughters enjoyed the pool. So nice we could bring our dog. He enjoyed the walks

Clean, quiet, and great location.

Our family had a great experience staying at this condo on the Lake of the Ozarks. The unit was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — just what we were hoping for during our getaway. We stayed for 6 days and were in town for the little league World Series. It’s in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay at the lake!

Spacious, comfortable condo

Spent several days at this condo in March. It was very clean, quite spacious and quiet location at this time of year. The bed was comfortable, nice tv's in the rooms, plenty of cooking equipment. Very nice deck, large with plenty of patio furniture. Just a short walk down the stairs to reach the condo, also a corner unit which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

This property was was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. This place had all the accommodations we needed for everyone to have a good time. Was clean, organized and close to town if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable condo. Communication was great. Really nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the water. Bathrooms updated nicely. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well equipped. We were there mid week during off season so there were very few others around. Would stay again.

Fresh, welcoming property steps from pools and lake

This condo was super! The rooms were fresh, clean, welcoming and comfy. Kitchen was very well equipped for many cooking experiences. All tvs had Roku devices which were great for relaxing. The views of the lake were lovely, and the pools were refreshing after a hot day. Owners responded promptly to messages and were easy to speak with.

Would stay again

Overall great, couldn’t find a blow dryer. Would have been nice to see a binder or something with instructions. Floor in kitchen, dining area and living rooms could have been cleaner. Have already booked to go back next year. Owners replied quickly, much appreciated.

Nice condo complex

Complex was great but cleanliness of condo was terrible. Upon arrival floors dirty, used water bottles on floor, crumbs on sheets in master, half bar soap and child bracelet in tub, dirty tables, dirty sinks, wet bedspreads in dryer, dishes dirty in dishwasher from previous guest, spider webs and beer tabs on the deck.

I hate to complain…

Could use a bath mat to step onto, extra towels, there were only 6 bath towels between the two bathrooms. You have plenty of pillows but no extra pillow cases for them.

Excellent 3 Bedroom with great location!

Excellent 3 Bedroom, that provided a great space for our family. Large balcony with two tables gave a great location to sit with morning coffee, or evening beverage to watch the boats. A lot of fish activity in the cove! Although this is a main level condo, there are 14 stairs down from the parking lot. No elevator in this complex. It is located just a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and Andy's frozen custard!! We rented a boat a couple of days and they picked us up from the dock right outside the condo. Owner does a great job communicating, and the condo was well stocked. We would definitely return here again!!

Beautiful condo, convenient location.

Very nice and comfortable condo. My friends and I stayed for one evening early in October. We spent very little time in the condo, but the location for shopping and dining was perfect. The complex is clean and has a beautiful view of the lake. Communication with the host was disappointing. He contacted me when I first booked the condo and said he would soon send check in information. But he never sent it. It took me about an hour after check in time to get ahold of him to get condo access! Then he never followed up with me to see if we got in or had everything we needed. There are too many options in Osage to book with this host again.

Condo was very clean. Great location with views of all the lake’s activities. Sidewalks to the two pools in our area as we used two of the pools. Appliances looked to be all new. The owner was very easy to communicate with and all entry and instructions easy to follow. Condo grounds were very beautiful and maintained. Would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Good place to stay

The property looked like it did in the pictures. Upon arrival, we had to unload the dishwasher and noticed some damage to the property so we told the host so we weren’t held responsible. The refrigerator was not very cold but finally did cool down a little once Food was in it for 24 hours. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but there could have been more towels for the bathrooms as well as cleaning products and dish towels in the kitchen so we could keep everything in in order
