Escape to the lake for a weekend or an extended stay. Enjoy 360° views of mountains and lake, sprinkled with a vast variety of wildlife. Relax and enjoy yourself in the comfort of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of parking. Absorb the fresh mountain air while basking in the sunlight or enjoying an evening fire.

If you're looking for a quiet getaway close to the lake, our home will be a pleasant surprise. We've put together a great lake getaway for family, friends or just a romantic vacation.

You will have full access to the entire upper level of the home. You will never be sharing the home with another family or the hosts. The basement and the garage will be locked during your stay, but please feel free to park in front of the garage anytime.

Our neighbors are 1-5 acres away, providing you with peace and quiet during your stay. The lake and mountain views will enhance the serenity while in your home away from home.

A car is definitely necessary during your trip. A boat will help you enjoy cruising the lake. There is also public and state land nearby with riding and hiking trails.

The property was very clean, a/c was nice and cold and our boys enjoyed the abundant space indoors to stretch out. Outdoors, the view of the lake was great and surrounding mountains were fantastic too. If we’re in the area again sometime, we will definitely stay here if it’s available.

I’ve stayed at Vrbo places all over the country, and this was probably one of the most clean, inviting and comfortable stays that I’ve had. It had everything that I could have wanted. We’ve decided that if we go back to that area again, we are DEFINITELY going to stay there again.

The view

This home is equipped with everything you need and then some. Also has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lake. The big front picture windows is perfect for getting amazing sunrise photos.

Townsend, best little secret!

This was better than the pictures. Absolutely one of the best vrbo's we have used. Host was quick to respond. We had a wedding in Townsend. We flew in from Washington and it was perfect and not far from airport in Helena. Views were spectacular and not far from Helena to see Capital and cathedral but have the Montana beauty and 360 views and wildlife.

This house is clean and full of helpful items just in case you forgot something. One of the best stocked kitchens for pots, pans dish etc. The photos of the exterior are not updated and currently the yard is fenced and has grass with lots of seating. Only downside is there is a fair amount of trains that pass behind the house but there is not a crossing so no horns but the trains are noticeable when in the back yard.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home!! Beautiful view, easy access to Canyon Ferry Lake and super clean with everything you need for cooking. All of the beds were very comfortable!! Also, the host was great at communicating. Highly recommend!!

Convenient location to Canyon Ferry Lake. The house was very comfortable. Francisco was excellent to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.
