Central to the Hub Sports Center, biking, hiking, walking, running and lakes!
Relaxing hideout in the woods, 1,200 sq. ft. apartment to hang out after a day of skiing, hiking, biking or playing on the water or a long day at the Hub Sports Center. Centrally located right in between Coeur d’ Alene Idaho and Spokane, WA(20 minutes). Silverwood Theme Park is 30 minutes and 45 minutes from multiple ski resorts. Located on Hauser Lake and many other lakes close by (Newman Lake, Liberty lake, Twin Lakes, Spirit Lake, Hayden Lake and Lake Coeur d’Alene).
Located 1.5 mile from the Hauser lake boat launch and beach park where you can play at the kids park, swim at the beach and explore the woods. Our property has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake but no water access because there is a wild life reserve that borders our property and the lake so wild life can be free and not disturbed. From our yard you can see deer, moose and it’s a great place to bird watch.
You are welcome to enjoy the back yard sitting area and BBQ. Our Siberian dog Jaxx might be outside and will come and greet you with a bark and a lick. If you’re not a fan of dogs please let us know so we can keep him inside. You will often see people walking, running, riding bikes and horses around the lake. The lake freezes over in the winder so you can ice fish.
The apartment includes a stacking washer/dryer, full kitchen with refrigerator, free standing oven, cook top, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, George Forman Grill, blender, hand mixer, rice cooker, 60 inch TV in main room with Amazon Fire Stick, small TV in master bedroom with Amazon Fire Stick. Non smoking/vaping.

The pictures of this place really don't do it justice. It was even more spacious than we expected and was perfect for our family of four. Our kids were absolutely thrilled with the bunk beds! We also loved having a fully stocked kitchenette, which made it easy to cook several of our own meals. The comfortable couches were perfect for relaxing and watching TV after long days of exploring. The property stayed nice and cool throughout the day and night, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—something that's definitely hit-or-miss with vacation rentals.One of the highlights of our stay was getting to meet the hosts on our last evening. They invited us to roast marshmallows and make s'mores in their backyard, which was such a thoughtful touch and created a wonderful family memory.This was the perfect home base for our trip. It felt tucked away and peaceful while still being conveniently close to town. Even with the wildfire smoke affecting nearby Spokane, the air quality and visibility here remained surprisingly good, allowing us to fully enjoy the area.We could definitely see ourselves coming back to Idaho in the not-too-distant future, and when we do, we'd love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful home! We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, cozy, and the perfect space to relax. Our host was so kind, accommodating and respectful of our space!

I work from home for a Hair Care distributor and have 2 children. My oldest lives in Washington and is a Police Office. My youngest is in college in Montana so we are empty nesters. My husband has a fly-fishing company where he designs and creates fly fishing equipment, his dream job. He has an office locally. We also have a husky named Jaxson Bentley that we adore! He might meet you outside sometimes and give you a great big kiss.
