This beautiful holiday home is located in the family-friendly bathing and holiday resort DUCE very close to Omis in central Dalmatia and only 25km south of Split. The house was built only a few years ago and offers 8 modern holiday apartments for 3-5 persons on 2 floors. The location near the beach allows an instant access to the beach. Directly in front of the house is the most beautiful beach section of the place where the fine sandy beach reaches widths of up to 50m. The shallow sloping beach is ideal for families with small children. Directly in front of the house there is a parking lot for 10 cars. The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance. All 8 apartments of the house offer satellite TV, air conditioning, covered balcony or terrace, most with sea views. An outdoor grill and Wi-Fi internet is also available to guests of the house. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. If necessary, guests can use the washing machine of the landlords who live in the same house. From their own production, the landlords offer wine, schnapps, and nut brandy. In nearby Omis, whose old town is less than 1km away, there is the long sandy beach "Punta", on which for several years the International Blue Flag has been blowing, which stands for excellent beaches, infrastructure and water quality all over Europe. The beautiful stone-paved old town of Omis with all its winding streets, Venetian stone houses and churches, as well as a wide gastronomic and general tourist offer is reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.
