Great location

This was a great place for our vacation. As listed in previous reviews, there was a few things that need repaired like the bathroom vents and the sliding glass door, but other than that this was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was nice, but we did not utilize it much, because we were right on the beach! John’s Pass was just a quick 10 minute walk away. Our teens walked down there regularly as did us adults. This unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys for the kids. Beach towels were not included, which was no big deal. Some units had them and some did not. Would stay here again for sure!!

Sunset Vistas St. Pete

We stayed 3 nights and had a good time the place is clean the only downside is the first 2 days cool and windy weather March 5,and 6 2025, the unit is very clean the pool not heated use the hot tub instead. Inside the unit exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working the master bedroom has no toilet paper holder the master bedroom sliding glass door would not open and there was a noticed on the counter top exhaust fan needed repair since last month. But overall the place is good.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean! Location was great and the Sunset Vista complex was very accommodating. Owners were easy to communicate with and super helpful.

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the fantastic beach view from our balcony! My granddaughter was super excited when she saw the beach toys (thank you for that). The Hosts were very receptive to communication. If available for our next vacation we will be booking another stay here.

Great stay 1st time treasure island

Great beach, pool on site. Cafe on site makes breakfast easy. Less than a mile to johns pass. Free cab is fun, but can sometimes be a wait. Treasure island mile long path is one block over at beach with nice restaurants/bars on the walk. Will definitely be back!

Good Stay but Missing the fine details

Overall, good property but not five star. Beds were old and very worn, no toilet paper holder in primary bathroom, light bulbs burnt out, closet door handles missing, primary bathroom fan inoperable. Overall, great property but missing the details. Maintenance/ cleaning staff needs to step up their game.

Just perfect

Check in was so simple, and the property just perfect. So easy to access the beach, on-site parking a plus. The cafe on the 2nd floor was a nice surprise as well. The location is convenient as well. Will consider staying here again.

Great property

Rooms were very nice and clean. Had everything you need for a stay on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella!! Which I lnew before we packed the car down. Plenty of pots and pa s to cook in the room of you want. Noce that you have a key code, so you dont have to worry about taking a key card each time you left. Would definitely stay there again. room.

Treasure Island is just beautiful. The condo was perfect, with perfect views. There is a bar and a cafe. And the pool was lovely.

Great pool

My family loved staying here! The beach was beautiful and the pool is huge. It's an easy 1/2 mile walk to a great restaurant for dinner and just a little further, over the bridge, are a lot more options and shopping. The restaurant right IN the building has great breakfast burritos too. Would definitely stay here again. It was a little confusing to figure out where to park when we first got there but we liked having the assigned spot.

Great time for a girls trip!!

Great location, right on the beach, nice tiki bar with tons of option for drinks. It was so nice that the closet in the condo had spare chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc for the beach. Overall great stay with no complaints at all!! Bonus parking spot for the condo as well so we never had to search or pay for parking.

Treasure Island Stay

The experience was very positive. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, shops and supermarket. The condo is right on the beach, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers available making it a very comfortable beach experience. The pool was good too, though busy with families and small children. Nice little pool bar and great onsite cafe with tasty selections. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good beach location with a pool and easy access all around.
