This property has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with there. The home was clean and had a big yard. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our group of 11 stayed for two nights so we could visit Mammoth Cave. It was an easy drive there (probably 25 minutes), and we didn't have to worry about the Green River Ferry. We had looked at over VRBO rentals but opted for this one because it was the closest to Mammoth Cave without relying on the ferry. As it turned out, the ferry was NOT operating so we would have had a much longer drive had we opted for a different rental.) The location was quiet (except for some cows, which were delightful to hear on a cool, fall Saturday morning). There were plenty of plates, cups, utensils and cooking supplies as well as ample spices to use. Communication with the host was excellent.

Perfect for large LS fest stay. Overall great stay. Peaceful space with plentiful room. Beds were not the most comfortable but very usable. Definitely would stay again.

Reunion at Munfordville

It was a great place to stay while in the area for a reunion. If I ever return to the area I would certainly want to stay at this house again!

Family getaway

It was a great piece of property, excellently maintained. It had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play outside and was a very short drive to all the attractions that were around! Would stay again!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Great kitchen/dining area for a family. Master bedroom in the basement is a bit rustic, with exposed plumbing.

Getaway

It was a lovely location. We were driving on a national park tour on our way to NC beaches and loved the house and the area. The price is amazing given how much everything has cost on this trip!

Great place!

This was one of our absolute favorite vacations! The house is absolutely beautiful, we all fit comfortably! The yard and porch were so beautiful we got to spend a lot of time just relaxing and it was wonderful! Would definitely go back if we go back that way!

Peaceful country home centrally located

The property was as described, communication with the owner was excellent. Sleeping areas on 3 floors gave plenty of options and privacy. Location Location Location peaceful country with lots of wildlife. 20 min to the Mammoth cave visitors center.

Great Place to Relax

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and just as lovely as what was pictured. Our questions were answered immediately. We loved being to spread out, the abilty to have relaxed family time while visiting the area attractions. We would stay here again and encourage others to stay here.

Peaceful

The property is well maintained. Lots of things to do for all ages. This owner takes the extra step in providing provisions! We would stay again if we were in the area.

Great Stay

We, as a group of 13, stayed over for two nights at this beautiful location. The house is good, with remark that the second bathroom might need some improvement. The garden is great, with a nice firepit to enjoy the stars and a drink in the evening!! Thanks for the wonderful time Fam Okker

House does not look like it looks in the pictures. There were only 4 bedrooms. There is no door to the basement bedroom, which does not provide any privacy. The top floor does not accommodate people taller than 5’5”ish if you want to stand up straight. The basement shower does not have enough water pressure to be able to wash your hair. There were quite a few bugs in the house, including crickets, wasps, and brown recluse spiders. The puzzles and games were missing pieces.However, it was a very quiet location. The scenery was peaceful and wildlife was fun to see. The house was clean. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool in the evenings on hot nights. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

Beautiful & welcoming

Beautiful house and property. Immaculately clean. Many spaces for sleeping. Large kitchen. Easy check-in & check-out. Excellent communication. Highly recommend!
