Wow

We rented this property as we wanted a nice place to stay with our grand kids, who live in Birch Bay. The property was awesome. The kids want to stay there again when we come and visit next summer.

Great location and very nice house

This place has nice decoration and lots of amenities. The view is great! Unfortunately it was raining all weekend during our stay. We would definitely consider booking here again next time we are at birch bay.

Enjoyed our get away

The Sunset house was perfect for our weekend get away with family. The house was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Top notch! Lovely deck to sit and watch the sunset. Short walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again some time.

Wedding weekend

My family spent 2 nights in this beautiful home. We were coming to the area for a wedding at Semiahmoo Resort and it was a quick drive to get there from the property. It was very clean, quiet, and had a nice balcony to enjoy. The house was well equipped and the host was very responsive.

Fabulous stay

A beautiful home with every comfort imaginable. We had a wonderful time enjoying the view and sharing time with family. We enjoyed watching the eagles and herons. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Highly recommend for a gathering with friends and family.

Beautiful Birch Bay Stay

This property in Birch Bay was fabulous! We hate to leave!! The house was perfect, beautifully designed & decorated & so comfortable. Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful & of high quality. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Best of all, the ocean views from the huge deck were spectacular! We would highly recommend this VRBO location!!

Breathtaking view from both inside and outside the home!

Extremely clean and very well decorated vacation rental. All the amenities you would ever need. Upper deck area is relaxing with view, fire pit, lawn chairs, table to eat outside. I highly recommend :)

Beautiful house in a peaceful setting

Really beautiful house with everything you could need, and amazing views of the sunset over the bay. Beach is a block away and a short walk to ice cream! Slightly further north there are a number of restaurants and a great coffee shop. The owners were really helpful and flexible throughout and replied very quickly to any messages we sent. Highly recommended!

Great vacation spot

Loved the location, view and cleanliness. Not really a location for handicapped and elderly. Driveway was very steep. As you noted in your ad. Overall experience was great and I would rebook.

Birch Bay stay

Place was great except for too many stairs and driveway was super steep. We were 4 seniors in our 70’s. Bad choice on my part, but beautiful property.

Great place for family and friends!

Location is excellent! House is as advertised and does not disappoint. Very clean, everything you need is available as advertised. BBQ grill and outside fire pit on the balcony are fantastic for late evenings. Our family and friends really enjoyed having the beach at walking distance and had a lot of fun hanging out on the balcony with great sunset over the water view! I would definitely come back to this place and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place, gorgeous location, has everything we needed

Tony's place is wonderful. The online description is very accurate, gorgeous and fully functional inside and out. We ran into a problem unrelated to his place; Tony was very accommodating and quick to respond. "A keeper", "Luxe". Eating outside is a special treat. Amazing view. Will return as soon as we can.

Beautiful home with a great location

My friends and I rented this house for a moms weekend away. It did not disappoint. Beautiful home in a great location. Extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great communication with owner. The house manual was very handy and had great instructions on how to use certain items. Would definitely rent this home again. Fantastic weekend!

Beautiful Home with Great Deck and View.

We came over with a group of friends for our annual crabbing weekend. Can't say enough about the house. It has a great location, the kitchen is stocked with all you need, the beds are comfy (even the bucks beds) the house is clean. The deck and the view were the best part of the house. When we weren't crabbing or visiting the town, we were on the deck. The communication with Tony was awesome. I highly recommend the house, and we will book it again.

This was a high-quality property. A house I would buy. From the outstanding view to the high quality finishes. Wonderfully laid out. Every detail was anticipated. Top quality linens and towels (Very spa like) amazing detail to decor and design. The only thing to consider is the amount of stairs, they do warn you lol, but if you have bad knees you will pay. Lol.

A Wonder place

It was a wonderful place. The views were amazing. The unit itself stocked with what you would need. There was a miner hiccup with the air conditioner when arrived. We called the host and he responded to the problem in a timely manner to have it fixed. My thanks to the host for his response. We would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I would make is to have some type of shades installed in the upper windows to block out the afternoon sun in the upstairs family room. Overall I would rate the place 10 out of 10.
