This three bedroom, two bathroom recently renovated property is located on a private half-acre lot in Sandpiper Port St. Lucie approximately one mile away from Club Med. The property resides on a dead end street, allowing for a quiet environment with limited traffic. The house is approximately 2,400 square feet, and is equipped with seven televisions that can be watched simultaneously. Guests can view over 200 DirectTV channels The house is also equipped with wireless internet, a blue-ray DVD player, and a retro gaming center for young children. 4 Week Stay

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and lanai were very private and peaceful and where we sent most of our time. William was very responsive to any questions we had and clearly cared about us having a comfortable stay. We would recommend this to our friends and would definitely stay again.

Tranquil and secluded

This house was perfect for our needs as we were in the area to assist my aged father in his transition from rehab to home. The seclusion offered a great place to decompress after a ling day.

Holiday weekend

Great space inside and out with parking for our boat on the side of the house. Short 10min ride to the boat ramp, we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing in Paradise

We stayed for 2 weeks and found the property very clean and comfortable! The house’s kitchen was well stocked. The location was very convenient. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The pool and outdoor space is awesome! Book this property!

Comfortable House

Beds are really comfortable as is the furniture. Big house with living room and den area which was nice. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Outdoor space is nice. Very private pool area.

Family vacation

William was a great host, excellent communication, very accommodating and super friendly. The house itself is very clean, spacious, good location, has everything that you may need. Easy instructions to follow, no issues at all during our stay. I would highly recommend! Will be back!

Loved this place!

Nice quiet location, good for walking. Stores and restaurants close by. Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. Master bed was very comfortable. The heated pool is large and gets a lot of sun. We had a bunny visit the back yard and also saw a couple turtles on walks in the neighborhood.

Winter Escape

The property was in a good location in a quiet neighborhood, near to the beach and stores. The weather was great and the pool was a relaxing way to spend time together. The owner was helpful, available for questions and attentive to solving small problems quickly.

Plenty of space in a beautiful home

The house is in a very tranquil Neighborhood, a lot of space to roam if you are with a big family or by yourselves. Clean, it has everything you need for a vacation is like being home. Pool is nice never used it. Close to shopping and only 20 minutes from the beach. Definitely will recommended

The vacation

The property is in a nice area and very close to almost everything. The owner william is very responsive. We had a couple of not great experiences that were out of his control but he tried to mitigate as much as he could. Unfortunately these circumstances required outside services so we changed around parts of our vacation to meet with pest control and theyhe internet provider.the interneoutaode

Wonderful Stay!!!

Saying that my stay was the BEST experience EVER, is an understatement. From the beginning, William made himself available to myself and party. Check in process was smooth and hassle free. Home was extremely clean! There were complimentary items available, and very nice touches such as a bottle of wine and opener waiting on the table. Location and size was perfect for my occasion. Quiet Relaxing Home

We stayed here over Christmas, there were five adults. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed this property. Super comfy beds and wonderful shower in the master bedroom. Kitchen well stocked with essentials.

Amazing Experience

Home was the perfect spot for my party of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The pool was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is out of the way and quiet. The house had everything we needed. William was very thorough with communicating the processes, policies, and procedures. Would definitely come back.

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family get together back in May. Was a super clean home in a nice neighborhood. The owner William was very accommodating to our needs, very professional and super nice. I will definitely rent this property again for our next visit. Totally recommend this property to anyone that wants a rental process that is easy and a place that feels like home. Being close to the beach was such a bonus too.

Great stay in PSL

Our family stayed 12 nights and had a wonderful time. Great Host and really good house, clean, well stocked and furnished. The pool area was truely a pleasure, very private and good size. If you are a family looking for a getaway then this is the place!

Excellent communication and property

This property was great for our family of 6. Having the private pool was wonderful and the kids stayed in it sun up to sun down! We had a few issues with the A/C but the owner was quick to address those and even had a technician come out next day to make sure things were taken care of. This house is away from noise and traffic but just around the corner from all you could need; restaurants, Walmart, Publix, etc. The beach is also only about 15-20 minutes away. Overall, this was a wonderful house for our vacation and should we come back to the area, we would definitely stay again!
