Take your time – you’re on vacation. When you start getting hungry, head inside to your well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up a meal. Rally the troops for breakfast and dine together at the table set for six. When everyone’s ready, explore the theme parks, water parks, golf, and shopping that Orlando’s so well known for.

After a busy day out, return to your serene hideaway and toss the day’s clothes in the washer to refresh for tomorrow. Grab a spot on one of two comfy couches for some TV on the flatscreen or a movie courtesy of the Blu-Ray player. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem, each of the three bedrooms has a flatscreen of its own. Before bed, head back out onto that balcony with a frosty beverage in hand to plan another great vacation day for tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
