Hospitality and communication were top-notch. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Home baked treats, waters and other snacks waiting upon arrival. Fun games and cute little pond outback. Highly recommend! And particularly loved the close proximity to the wedding we were in town for at Southern Tree Plantation. Great find!

The cabin was extremely clean and welcoming. Everything you could ask for was available. The check in manual was very detailed and appreciated. The bed we slept in was comfortable and made you feel like you were at home. I liked the fact they had two pillows for each side and they were different thickness which made a difference. My husband needed the thicker one and I needed the thin one. Chuck and Donna checked in with us on a regular basis. Electric electricity went out once and Chuck called to be sure we were OK and to see if we needed anything. It did not stay out long. I would definitely go back and visit there again. I give them a superb rating.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Had everything you could think of that we needed. Very dog friendly. Bed, bowls, treats and bags. Safe neighborhood to walk our dog.

This is our second time staying at The Cozy Nest - we love it! Chuck and Donna are incredibly hospitable - they think of anything and everything you could possibly need or want. The Cozy Nest is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and a true home away from home. The cabin's location is convenient to everything beautiful to visit in the mountains. I can not say more positive things about The Cozy Nest if I tried.

This place is absolutely spotless. Chuck and Donna go way above and beyond making sure that everything is absolutely perfect for their guests. I cant say one negative thing about the cabin or the host.

We loved our stay and already looking forward to booking our next vacation! Donna and Chuck take incredible pride in making their guests feel welcome, comfortable, including checking in right away to confirm that everything is exactly as expected and committed to provide if needed! They both have the kindest personalities and the cabin is incredibly clean and adorable. They are extremely honorable as they contacted us after checkout to ask if we were missing a small backpack. We accidentally left it behind which included an expensive item that we wouldn’t have realized for a while was missing. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this is 1000% better than any “outsourced” property management company. Our family loved the thoughtful welcome treats so much. Look no further. Thank you so much Donna and Chuck!

We had a magical time at this perfectly appointed cabin in North Georgia mountains. The hosts provide everything you could would need to make your stay as turnkey as possible.

We had a great time at the cabin. We had 2 dogs with us and they enjoyed all the extra perks like a dog bed, treats, and blankets for them. They enjoyed the electric fireplace the most. The owners were very communicative and provided a cozy, warm, and inviting place for us to relax. We loved the location and neighborhood.

This is the third time we have stayed here, and every time it’s been absolutely perfect. The whole cabin is spotless, well decorated and very inviting. The large yard makes a wonderful place for the dogs to play. The kitchen and amenities are very well stocked.

Very clean and organized. Great directions and so many things provided as far as kitchen utensils and such. Beautifully maintained property that is easy to access.

Everything was as advertised. It was a great stay. Easy access to a multitude of activities around us. House was in excellent shape and cleanliness with easy access for the dogs to do their business.

It’s very clean, very beautiful area.

Very nice. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and close to state parks and Helen, Georgia. I would absolutely stay there again.
