This condo is convenient to everything North Myrtle has to offer - second row from the beach, around the corner from Main Street’s restaurants and shopping. It’s Condo Time sits less than a mile from retail, entertainment, and groceries. A beautiful open concept allows for relaxing and socializing. Two separate screened balconies overlook the newly refinished pool and tennis courts. The condo comes fully loaded with beach gear - umbrellas, chairs, games, and sand toys. Private beach access is provided by the resort. If traveling with little ones, you will find the convenience of a provided pack and play, high chair, toys, and games. Whether it’s for a family getaway, golf trip, or girl’s weekend- it’s the right time for It’s Condo Time!

Great spot, all you need for a family stay

This is our second time staying at this location and we’re so glad we chose this condo again. It was clean and had all the things we needed (kitchen items, spices etc…). It also had plenty of toys and games for our young kids (ages 4 and 7). While we didn’t need the sand toys, it was so nice to have them available, along with beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very quick to respond to my messages throughout the week. While the pictures didn’t show it, one room now has a bunk bed along with a twin bed. My kids were especially excited for that! I plan on staying in this condo in the future!

We had a great vacation in NMB! The condo location is perfect. You can walk to everything on Main Street a couple of blocks away yet still have the quiet. The pool and tennis courts were great, and beach access was a breeze. Well equipped with what we needed. The beds were comfy, but would recommend bringing your own pillows. We didn't travel with kids, but this is a great family location and there were lots of beach toys/gear available which is a nice touch. The condo was super clean! The layout was great, each bedroom was positioned to feel quiet and private. Would love to return!

Vacation getaway

I have stayed in this unit twice,Great location to everything, well-kept and clean.we will stay again , I will recommend others that need a decent place to stay. The only thing I recommend is getting new pillows for the beds.

Great location and space

We enjoyed our stay here. Shirt walk to the beach, short walk to OD to shopping and ice cream! Will be renting again!

Adorable condo close to Main St

We loved our stay at condo . Walkable to beach, pizza joint and ice cream. Great place for family as my teens were thrilled to have their own room. Nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow for day at beach . Lovely condo. The host was attentive and delightful

Great week with family and friends

The condo was great. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. It was exactly as pictured. It was only a short walk to the beach and downtown. The property owner was great to work with. We will definitely stay there again. We give it 5 stars.

Clean, well stocked unit. Convenient to Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when in NMB!

Great beach stay

The condo had everything for inside activities and beach activities. It was in a very convenient location being just a couple minute walk to the beach and to the main street with food and shopping. This is a great family-friendly and budget-friendly location.

We adored this property. Perfect for a family with little ones. They supplied a pack and play, high chair and some toys. The only thing I wish I knew was that there was no bathtub. The kitchen sink is small but would work for an infant, we made the standing showers work for our toddler. The location was perfect, the pools were clean and never too crowded. We plan on rebooking this same unit for next summer! You can’t go wrong staying here!

Perfect Condo by the beach

We stayed in this rental with our family and it was perfect! There was 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The 2 balconies off the back offer a nice view of the pool and are the perfect spots for your morning coffee! The front balcony offers a view right to the beach which was a 45 second walk away. There were many convenient “extras” left at the condo for your use, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. If you forgot something most likely there was a spare! Just another great feature in this condo. The location was probably our favorite part; close to the beach, main street with many restaurants and shops. We had an absolute blast and will most definitely return in the future.
