Perfect location

You can walk to everything pretty quick, grocery store is directly across the street so super convenient to buy everything there and be able to use the kitchen (I HIGHLY SUGGEST COOKING IN OR BBQ IN THE PARK FOR LARGE PARTIES), shower stayed hot through 4 people using it and very nice to have a washer & dryer.

Perfect location!

We rented this property for two nights, the location of the property is perfect! Everything in Riggins was in walking distance. The property was clean and as posted. We enjoyed our stay!

Would stay again but read on for tips..

Great location, right in the center of Riggins. Property manager super responsive to any inquiry, like within minutes! We would consider staying here again! I do have couple recommendations on how to make the stay even better.. listing says 'sleeps 6', there should be bedding provided for those who are sleeping on the couch. We found pillows and two throw blankets but no sheets!! The Riggins store does not sell sheets so it was challenging to find them (got some from friends who live there). The bed mattresses are fine but the frame in the room next to the BR was terribly squeaky, waking us up whenever one moved - we put the mattress on the floor the second night and it was much better! The kitchen hood fan does not appear to do anything as with any cooking the smell lingered on for several hours. There was not enough TP provided for the whole stay. .. I realize none of these are too serious issues but when away from home, would like to know what should be brought with us before getting there. That all said, we made great memories and are looking forward to next time!

Great place to stay

Perfect place to stay with quick access to all of Riggins stores and bars. Very clean and owner was great to work with.

Love staying here every time I'm in Riggins! It's perfect for our group of ladies that do the fishing tournaments. HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect for Women With Bait Tourney

It was cozy and worked perfectly for our WWB group of 7. The beds were fairly comfortable by the couch itself accommodated three comfortably. It was within walking distance of everything, directly beside Seven Devils Steakhouse and River Adventures office. My only feedback was, the stove was not clean and the floors need to be mopped a little better, noticeably so when walking around barefoot. Other than that, the ease of booking, checking in and out was fantastic.

Fun in Riggins

Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, gas station, bait shop, post office. Owner was polite and easy to work with

Great condo

This place was a nice place to stay while fishing the river in Riggins close to the market and other shops it was a noise at night because of the bar next door but over all a great place to stay
