Studio Unit

We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our studio suite has a kitchenette, queen sized bed in bedroom area, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit one night room and tax cost.
Pet Fee is a one time payment of $75 per pet, max 2 per cottage, dogs only.
No refunds for early departure

Clean ish room - manly issues with number of towels and roaches, also no coffee filters and cleaning hustled people out of their rooms 30 min prior to check out

The cabin was cute and cozy. There is a problem with the AC unit that even with it turned off - cold air continued to blow from the unit. 1st night was very cold. We found we could run the heating system (separate unit) to off-set the AC unit, which made the unit bearable.

Short business stay

Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great.

This is such a great place to stay for a quick weekend away. The cottage was precious and really clean. It is the perfect location and I will certainly be staying there the next time I visit the area!

Super convenient, eclectic cute, and great location. Stayed here last minute and loved the fact we could bring our dog. Very accomidating, kind staff. A heads up about the dog fee though, vrbo hasnt changed their website for this stay, the dog fee is a bit more than what is advertised. Easy check in/out. I wish the dishes were kept in a cabinet instead of out in the open (had to wash off from dust and debris before using) and that house keeping went a little deeper on cleaning. Otherwise my family, including small kids and dog, enjoyed our stay!

Sea Cottages of Amelia is a gem between a busy neighborhood. The nature feel is very relaxing. Just a stone throw away from good restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion, since you allow pets in the cottages. It will be better if you use a quilt or comforter instead of a fuzzy blanket. Dog/cat furs are hard fo remove on fuzzy blanket.

Nice cottage for quick getaway. Very close to the beach. Property was nice and quiet within walking distance of a few restaurants. Very family and pet friendly. My only issue was the refrigerator and microwave had not been cleaned. Since we ate out we didn't notice the microwave until the last night when we wanted to warm up leftovers. Other than that, I would stay at this location again.

Fernandina Beach is great

First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly.

Awesome.. loved the layout. Loved the cottage they are literally perfect. Literally no complaints.. prices are very fair also..How welcoming everyone were.. close to the beach. Pet friendly which is a major plus for me....Awesome, cant wait to go back..

This property was perfect for our quick stop in Fernandina. The location was walkable to several restaurants which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved it.

We loved the property and the convenience of the location, the only issue we had was being blocked in by another guest the following morning because they said the parking lot was full.
