Cozy up at Hadley Hills condo nestled on top of Beech Mtn in the Pinnacle Inn Resort.

- Outdoor resort amenities - large outdoor decks, picnic tables and grills, playground, shuffleboard, mini golf, tennis and pickleball courts

Early check-in available upon request and subject to departing guests!

No elevators, 2nd floor condo only accessible by stairs.

No A/C. Ceiling fans are located in each room. Summer temperatures range from 60-low 80s and are typically in the low 70's.

Security camera disclosure: 1 ring doorbell camera located by the exterior front door.

We are located at the very top of Beech Mountain. 4WD and/or snow chains are a MUST in the winter months! Please monitor weather for travel conditions.

APRIL NOTICE: The All Seasons Center (pool, hot tub, exercise facility) is typically closed for maintenance. Get our lowest prices of the year!

Fantastic Experience!

This was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway to the mountains. Not only is the property perfectly located within walking distance to anything you might need, the layout, cleanliness, and amenities provided were fantastic. This will be our first choice for future visits!

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Views

The condo was beautiful with two spacious rooms and two bathrooms perfect for our couples trip. Just minutes from Beech Mountain ski with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Snow lovers !

Just awesome ! Everything you need is there to enjoy winter fun ! The kitchen and bathrooms are completely stocked . Plenty of blankets to snuggle ! This is my 2nd stay here , can’t wait for next time !

Pleasant stay.

We had a nice stay! The unit was clean and well kept, with many nice amenities! The property management team was super responsive and very helpful.

Great location, easy access for skiing

Loved this cute little place! We stayed for the weekend for snowboarding at beech and loved being able to walk to the slopes and ski down to the lifts and also the walkable distance to the convenience stores and the delicious pizza place. Jennifer was an excellent host and timely communicator. I’m sure we will be back!

Oasis in the mountains

This property is wonderfully decorated with lots of small touches, cozy blankets in every room, and comfortable beds and furniture. Walking in was like walking into your own home. The morning sunrise or sunset from either deck is breathtaking. It’s conveniently located to everything you’ll want to do and you can walk right into town through a well-maintained path. Although we weren’t there much, when we were it was a comfortable, well-appointed space.

Great Location and size for Summer Concert Series

This was a great location and set up for a weekend of music, hiking, and outdoor adventure. My only challenge and that goes for most rentals we stay in.....get rid of the Keurigs

Great experience with a perfect view of sunrise!

This was a perfect location for a mini-ski vacation. I would absolutely rebook and suggest that others consider this great condo.

Nostalgic

This is the same condo that I grew up going to when my grandparents owned it. It was a trip filled with nostalgia. I am so grateful to have found it on VRBO and grateful for Jennifer and her family for sharing it with us.

Very clean and convenient

Condo was so nice and clean and had all the amenities. Jennifer was so great at communicating. Sent many emails and updates before, during and after our stay. Will definitely be back.

Late summer visit

When I was looking for a place, we wanted to be closer to Boone where our son lives, but we booked last minute on ASU move in weekend. We have always stayed in Boone, well it turns out that we loved this location! We ventured out for hiking everyday and returned for the evening. We could walk to dinner every night down the greenway. Then come back, watch the sunset and head to the pool. Charming area! We will definitely return in the future!
