We are very sorry to hear that the sofa bed mattress and support were not comfortable. This is the first time we’ve received feedback about this, and we regret that it affected your comfort during your stay. We will have a handyman inspect it right away to ensure everything is properly supported and comfortable for future guests. We also wanted to clarify that the additional guest fee helps cover the extra preparation and care required, such as compensating our cleaner for setting up the sofa bed and providing fresh linens, sheets, and towels.
