• 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
• Noise Ordinance: Hill Top Tree house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. • Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Hill Top Tree House is available for monthly rentals, including mid-month dates, for up to 31 consecutive days. For reservations lasting 30 days or more, call and speak with our Long-Term Specialist to get the best pricing available.
