## The estate

The backyard brings your group’s favorite activities into one private space:

## Optional services and fees

- Pool heating: **$200 per day or $1,200 per week, plus tax**

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
- Pets require prior approval and an applicable fee.
- Outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring devices are present. There are no indoor cameras.
- Pool and spa use is at guests’ own risk. Guests may not adjust pool or spa equipment.
